Went in to buy crickets and waited at the register for almost 10 minutes while 2 employees talked in the back. No one helped me.. so I left.
Also, as a reptile owner, I had to watch for months as their poor ball python had suboptimal care and poor humidity levels.. do better, please.

Do not take your pet to see Alicia Heady at Petsense. She gave our three dogs 14 burns, gashes, cuts, and snipped our two dogs ears with scissors and used glue to hide the cuts. Glue is not permanent. Truth always comes out!! She lied about the cuts to us and to the officer who was investigating her for animal abuse. Save your pets and yourself the pain and stress. I lost a week's worth of work/pay taking care of them. They would not leave us and cried when we left them.

Amazing store, clean, well stocked. I saw lots of signs posted around saying they'll match price... well I found 2 online prices that differed than in store they matched it without a million questions or taking a lot of time to do so. Great store.

This place has really gone downhill. The pets are not kept well. I got a fish nine days ago with fin rot that looked pitiful to try to save it, and it died this morning. I took it to the store with my receipt and the staff were rude and unhelpful and refused to take the fish back or allow me to switch for another one or get store credit. I would never purchase another animal, fish, or anything from here. Staff aren't knowledgeable and can rarely give any information on their inventory. Also, I got crickets the same day that I got the fish and about 40% of the crickets were dead by the time I got home. I live ten minutes away. Only thing I could think is that they were selling dead products or perhaps the cashier crushed the bag. I would just stay away from this place if I were you.

Jade did a great job grooming my Sheepadoodle, Trixie. She took care of the problem mats without extreme cutting or shaving. She also paid attention to how we wanted her head to be cut to emphasize her Sheep Dog look. We'll be back!

I was a walk in with my Chihuahua. I needed to get her nails trimmed. The techs were very friendly and helpful, they were very patient with me while I had to search for her rabies date, and as soon as I found it they took her back and she was done in about 5 minutes! The price was right too.
