“It’s the only pet food store that carries the special freeze dried treats for my cat. I can order them online, but they always come damage so I do my weekly stop into this location to pick them up. Never disappointed with this selection.”
“I love this store. The manager has some amazing hiring talent. All the employees are kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. Fish are clean and healthy and their advice is on point. My dog has been leery of grooming, but after her first visit she trots up to the door eager to see her friend. The love of animals is apparent in everything they do and they’re very kind to the humans too.”

“We love pet supplies plus. There are always knowledgeable staff ready to help. We always receive coupons for our shopping trip that helps save lots of money. Yesterday I finally gave their grooming department a try. I have always tried to stay with small private owned shops but I was having no luck with the places in town and I got a coupon in the mail for 25% off a groom so I was like why not. Well let me tell you I was so impressed. Brianna got us in same day and get a wonderful job. She listened to my wants and actually did what I asked for. I like my dogs hair on top of her head left long because she wears bows about 90% of the time it looks dumb when it’s down but it’s almost never down. Well for the past year while searching for a good groomer every groomer has cut the top of her head short. So I’m am just so happy to have found a groomer who listens. I enjoy trying different hairstyles on my dog so it’s so important to me to have a groomer who listen and does what is asked. We will definitely be back. Thanks Brianna. ?”
“Just moved to North Carolina in the last year and had to find a new groomer for my Havanese. He is normally a bit squirmy when being brushed or groomed, and has difficulty sitting still or cooperating with groomers. Our last groomer had complaints about him, and he was never excited to go. The second time I took him to Bow Wow Boutique he started recognizing where we were going and getting excited. The third time I asked him if he wanted to go to the groomer and he bolted to the door and waited excitedly. He always looks great after I pick him up and always smells terrific, but ultimately the most important thing to me is that he is safe, happy, and not stressed out. That’s what I get here! It is clear that he is treated well and is not upset about going.”
“I give the front end employees and management a 5 star rating. I think that Marlee is amazing and has a love for animals she's great with all the animals she grooms. I will say that Darlene is very rude and condescending I didn't appreciate the insults towards myself over my dogs nails being long as an essential worker who works 40 plus hours a week I don't always have time to take my dog to get his nail trimmed. I also dodnt like the fact she didnt grind his nails and clipped them to the point they bled. I will not have my dog groomed by her ever again”
“Today I took my dog Tanner to get his very first professional grooming. He us 8 years old and is a pitty mix. They are EXCELLENT!! They gave him the full treatment. He was a very happy dog. They took very good care of him. The ladies there are very knowledgeable and calming for the pet and the owner...lol. I will be taking him back for sure. Thank you Dirty Dog Depot for caring about my dog and for the great job!!”
“I purchased the the clear windowsill shields from Claw Guard. My very large dogs can stand up and look out the window. They are very happy and the windowsills are protected. Buying the correct size was easy using the information on the company’s website. The guards were very easy to install and are hardly noticeable. My only regret was that I didn’t know about these windowsill guards when I first got my dogs.”
“My fiancé and I came to this facility on 2/11 and walked out with a beautiful Pitty for a Staycation. Everyone was very warm, chipper and helpful. When we got there it was very busy but they were handling the crowd well. We didn’t wait too long to interact with the dog of our choice. I read past reviews and it looks like they’re working on their customer service. We were very satisfied with our visit.”
“Great people in the Warehouse. Driveway into office/warehouse is twisty and narrow. It was hard to stay on the pavement with my 40 ft trailer, a 53 ft trailer would be even harder. Bad design.”
“Visited to pick up a dog for a national rescue organization. Pleasantly surprised at how clean the main area was. They seem very organized with an electronic check in that is required when you arrive. They have two enclosed rooms that potential adoptees can visit with the pets. I trust and hope the back areas are just as clean and nurturing for the animals!”

“Friendly and very clean pet store. Went in for meal worms for a pair of leopard geckos. Had plenty in stock as well as for other pets. Easy to get to just off either Route 21 or highway 77.”
“I visit often. I use Banfield for my cat Luna's checkups. She doesn't like it very much but everyone is so friendly there. They try to help her calm down but she's a cat. Most pets don't like the vet. Very friendly staff!”
