“I dropped my older Google Pixel 7 one times too many, and it would not turn on, display anything on the screen, or be recognized by my computer.I was afraid I lost everything on my phone: notes, pictures of my girlfriend and I, etc.Thankfully, I was lucky enough to get connected with Nathan Fitzgerald at the Cherry Rd Verizon store. Not only did he know exactly what happened with my phone, he reassured me the whole time that everything can be recovered, and he was the friendliest, funniest, most charismatic customer rep I've ever talked to in my 28 years. Not only was he incredibly personable while helping me, he helped out his coworkers and others that came/called in a very dignified and organized manner.Not only did he recover everything on my new Pixel 8, but the exact layout of my phone from how I grouped all of my apps together was recovered. All of that at practically no extra charge other than the negligible activation fees. But, a $30-ish fee is far better than spending $500+ on a new phone.Thank you, Nathan, for being an incredibly huge help!”

“First I want to say that my Mobile Expert Fabielys was amazing and went above and beyond to help me and get my mobile service set up and ready. I have 3 small children and she was a delight she did not make me feel unwelcome at all. She was attentive and explained well each function of the devices I was looking at.On the other hand the store experience was not that great. During the checkout process we were experiencing issues with one of the phones and my representative had to call an assistant manager because the manager was in the back in a room. Not only did I not know who the manager was, but I found out later on when I had to get my other 2 kids from disturbing the phones and cases and handed the baby over to my representative because she was near me and the manager Ashley came out and told her to hand me the baby back so she can work. I didn’t like the tone of voice. I felt like I can’t bring my kids with me to the store because they are not welcome. I was trying to be considerate and keep up with all three children so they didn’t have to clean up a huge mess after my kids.Overall I will only return and buy things at the store if Fabielys is working the day I need to go in the store otherwise I am not coming.”

“I love it, I definitely will be coming back soon, I came to get some tbhk manga, and surprisingly the tbhk manga section was fully stocked! I had gotten volume 3, 4 and 5. They were not as pricey as expected. Volume 4 and 5 are pretty hard to get and we're still only 10.40! I recommend if ever manga hunting, location for manga was a pretty quick find, there's multiple toys, manga, etc, was pricey for all manga, but was expected, and I'd recommend when looking for certain items.”

“The 1 star reviews are odd. I had really great, fast Internet speeds with Comporium with maybe 1 or 2 small outages during the 4 years I had it. Even walking in the store to return equipment and cancel service was quick and painless; the woman at the counter was nice (I cancelled because I was moving out of FM). My only major "complaints" are that the prices kept going up and I had to pay extra for a static IP in order to get NAT type 2 with my PlayStation.”
“Whenever visiting friends, this is is Walmart Supercenter where I shop regularly. Like this particular Walmart because items are nicely organized. Staff is putting items in the shelves all the time.Certain sale items are definitely a hit or miss. Products are constantly moving here.My favorite items are the bakery department. Forget about Table Talk pies, the Walmart individual lemon pies are just 74 cents and it's not as sweet as the Table Talk ones. Check out their other flavors.One time was looking for Back to the Roots- Lavender and Mushroom kits. Found out my green thumb needs a little help. Since this is a Walmart Supercenter, sometimes I get lost in the aisle trying to find stuff. Asked one of the staff where item located. She took the time to walk me over to the area.After checking out, as I head out of the area noticed mason jars on display. Had to get some. I can totally spend 1/2 a day shopping here.Some tips on check out since lines can be so long. I use the self-checkout area. Since there are two entrance areas, one to the grocery area and the other is gardening. There are self check out area located on both ends.Will be back the next time I am in town.”
