“I have visited this location twice now. The first visit, I had a package to return, and while they could have charged me for extra materials, they showed me how to package my return properly and managed my order without a fee. They were the kindest couple, and very willing to help me during this busy time of year. The second visit, I needed to send packages to 4 different locations, and they were extremely efficient, patient and kind. When I walked out of the store, I mistakenly left a very important item in a box to be thrown away. I received a phone call that same day and was informed that they had discovered the item and would keep it safely locked away until I could return. Grateful and relieved, I arrived the next day to find that they had done exactly what they had said they would do. I have experienced that the owners are honest, kind and very hardworking. Grateful to have them in our community.”

“Great service and I can always count on my items getting to their destination unlike the postal service where I’ve had workers steal things out of my box not tape it back up and deliver it just like that. And then I get a call asking why I didn’t tape the box up by friends. You live and learn”

“Superb service from the associated who assisted me with a print job this morning. The store was busy. I was assisted by the young tall guy. There was an older female associate sitting in the back. I assume the manager or maybe she was working on special projects is why she didn’t come to assist the guys upfront.”
