I called to ask if they carried a specific brand of a prescription and the lady that answered the phone was very rude! Instead of answering my question with “No, sorry we don’t carry that brand” she had to answer me by saying “They don’t discuss or disclose the types of brands they do carry.” Well I didn’t ask for you to tell me what brands you carried I simply asked if you carried a specific prescription brand should have been a simple answer yes or no. Not with all the attitude and rudeness I encountered. Work on your listening skills and customer service techniques.

Many years ago I worked as a tech at CVS and Walmart. I had such a negative experience. Larry and all the staff are exceptional. They are always helpful and informative . They go above and beyond to help. I truly feel like everyone that is employed there has a passion for people and their career .

I am not impressed with my first experience with this pharmacy. We brought 3 prescriptions in to be filled and they misplaced one of them and they could care less. The attitude of the staff is awful. Maybe next time will be better!

It was really good. I went there for a rapid Covid-19 test. They charge $100 for the test. In my opinion that is a little too high, Because a lot of people are out of work and to me that's kind of taking an advantage. But I did have my results back right away. My advice to them is, maybe they should consider lowering their COVID-19 rapid test. Try and understand that some people need that test quickly and don't always have $100 to pay and everyone definitely doesn't have Medicare Part B.

I have been a customer of Lake Wylie Pharmacy for a few years now and they are a great pharmacy and always have the brand of meds that I prefer. Larry went over and above to make sure I had the brand of meds I have been using for years! You won't get this kind of service from the huge cooperate pharmacies. Thank you again Larry and staff for taking care of my needs!

They are charging people $75 for rapid covid test when they should be filing it to insurance plans.

Best pharmacy ever! Synchronized meds for my husband is so great. Larry did an awesome job giving me and my husband the Shingrex vaccine and explaining the possible side effects. Everyone should use a family pharmacy instead of the big box. I especially like the home delivery.

I was told to come in for a covid test between 10:30 and 11am so I drove an hour to find out the pharmacy ran out of test by 10:28am...why lie? I usually support local businesses but definitely not this one.
