We experienced the worse customer service here, by Kathryn. She was supposed to be an expert specialist, but her behavior and words were everything but. She was totally unprofessional, to the point we left. I did speak to her supervisor while I was there, so she would know I would not let this slide.

This is by far the best H&R Block to get your taxes done. I've been getting Glenda Williams to do mine for over 8yrs. She's not only the best at taxes, she's super sweet. I highly recommend her.update... Still yrs later, I'm still Loving Glenda Williams doing my taxes..
