We have had a bad experience with Robin King. She represented us and the seller in our land purchase in Lake Wylie. The land was mis represented by the seller and Robin King. We were denied a construction permit and now our project is delayed for weeks. She has continued to defend the excuses and falsehoods of the sellers in our attempt to be compensated for these ongoing delays. It’s been over 3 months now and the sellers have not completed their work from the purchase agreement and closing.

My first and only experience with Jennifer Douse was horrific!! She was very unprofessional and did not meet my wife and I expectations. She kept us waiting for hours at Tate Ballentyne Office though we flew in from Seattle. She kept trying to sell us homes in Lake Wylie, Indian Trail and Monroe North Carolina even though I made it clear to her that I was looking to purchase a new construction home in Marvin. She made the comment to us that "she didn't think we were serious" in buying a home (really!!) in other words we could not afford a new construction home. She acted dingy at times and acted preoccupied with other things on her mind. She was not interested in taking us to Marvin instead we spent hours in her in Lake Wylie office (Tate Realty) doing nothing.Eventually, I fired her on December 4, 2016 and went with another agent. She continued to send me listings in which I found harrassing even though she was notified her service was no longer accepted. Douse claims to have eighteen years and seven months experience in this field but she only had sixty one recommendations which says a lot about her ability to meet new buyers expectations. I would not recommend her to buy a dog house for my Corgi she would only screw it up. So, if new buyers are planning on getting an agent beware and run away from her as fast as possible.By the way, I had my preapproval letter from my bank with me.

Denise Kunse was so patient with me for searching my new home. I can't thank her enough. After months of searching she found the perfect home. She cares and listens to you. She helps out with any questions you have. Thank you Denise!! I very thankful!!

Pushed and manipulated into a situation that lost me a ton of money. And guess what?! Because they were the dual agent. Ridiculous expenses for me and having to make emergency trips from my new out of state home for nothing, wasting even more of my time and money. Crooks. And all the broker had to say was I'm not familiar with the situation so sorry.

If you don’t go with Shannon Menard you’re making a big mistake !!! She is the most amazing realtor I have ever dealt with. She went way above and beyond for my family , making us feel comfortable and happy with everything she did for us . Don’t trust anyone else for your buying and selling needs !

Allen Tate Realtor, Robin Roberson manipulated my situation to have me to do things that I normally wouldn't have with the sell of my home... in order for her seller to accept my offer and lock in a contract to purchase a home that she had listed. On 3/28/17 Robin responded to my offer behalf of her sellers, after having spoken to them, accepted my offer, agreed to a closing date of May 15, 2017. Requested a copy of the signed offer to purchase be sent over for the seller to sign and discussed when Due Diligence would be paid and to what address it would be sent. Then 20 minutes before we were supposed to receive our seller signed Contract we received a call from Robin Roberson stating that her seller has decided to go with another offer, even though they only 24 hrs earlier had accepted my offer but supposedly had no access to a computer to sign and return our offer. So I believe that my offer was used to manipulate another buyer into making an offer higher than my own that had already been accepted. Unfortunate I'm now under contract to sell my home at a lower price than I would have sold for and have no home to move to. This is bad business. I have a voicemail from Robin Roberson repeatedly reminding us that we have no signatures from the seller... but what we do have is intent to sell. And multiple communications and a complaint filed with the Real Estate Commissioner's office. These people are criminal and could care less how they run their business... and how their unethical manipulation impacts the people involved in such a negative way. I would NOT recommend Allen Tate. I contacted the broker in charge, Mike Smith. And again within one minute of my call starting I mentioned this transaction and Robin Roberson and he clearly stated that he need to terminate the phone call. To only call me about an hour later and listen to nothing I had to say. Only to say that he returned my call, but hung up on me again within one minute. Terribly unprofessional.
