“Stopped at tractor supply to buy a hand truck. Both hand trucks on the shelf had flat tires. When I asked if they could pump up the tires, they told me they had a pump that they would sell me, but not one to use.Paid 70.00 for a hand truck with flat tires.Not a good way to get repeat customers. ?”
