The ladies up front are always so nice and the pharmacy ladies are too except one woman with the short brown hair she always makes me feel judged and is snobby towards me and other customers while I was waiting. Lady if you see this, if you're not happy with your job then LEAVE! Other than that I love this pharmacy

I would prefer to drive one hour and 20 minutes EACH WAY to Publix to get my prescriptions than drive 15 minutes each way to this CVS to get my prescriptions. The most incompetent bunch of people are running this pharmacy. Multiple times I have gotten text stating scripts were ready. I get there and NOPE. I can't count how many times I waited well over 30 minutes on the phone with no response. I honestly don't know how this pharmacy is legally allowed to operate. I'll either suffer without my meds or drive to California before using this CVS.

The way they process people for prescriptions is beyond awful! They have people wait at the drive through for 20 plus minutes. Prescriptions are not ready when they say they are ready for pick up. The management here must be awful!! Corporate needs to come in and assist this CVS!!!

Customer service at both the drive thru and at the counter is extremely poor. The people there see you and ignore you. Like you have all day to wait until they decide to help you.

Please explain how a pharmacist can override a physician's order. Tried to get a refill on a medication on day 28 of a 30 day script, they said it couldn't be filled until the following day. Ok, no problem, call back the next day and was told it couldn't be filled then either as they fill meds from date to date. If you pick up on the 20th then you can't get it again until the 20th of the following month. That means that I have to wait until day 31 (32 in some cases) of a 30 day script to get it filled. Finally received my meds on day 33. I went 3 days without a seizure med and when I told the pharmacist that she was causing me to go without the med her response was, "Im not filling it today and that's not my problem." I'm still waiting on a different medication that was ordered over a week ago. Almost every employee in the pharmacy is rude, I HATE using CVS but it's the preferred company with my insurance. They should not be allowed to withhold meds simply "because we can."

Why close the walk in part of the pharmacy and only have drive thru and it take 25 minutes per car this place is a joke. I will be finding another pharmacy

Poor pharmacy service. Repeated issues with my prescriptions. I refuse to even buy bandages from CVS. I'll use a small town pharmacy from now on.

The store itself isn’t bad however, The women working in the pharmacy (Tammy) is EXTREMELY RUDE. The workers in the retail area (Mrs ida) she is AWESOME. But when it comes to the pharmacy I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! I waited from 10 AM- 6:00 Pm for a refill on my medication & they kept telling me I had to talk to my dr. Even tho my doctor sent it right through to the pharmacy multiple times. they DO NOT ANSWER the phones AT ALL. I have videos of the phones having like 7 calls & nobody wants to answer. That is horrible customer service. HORRIBLE! I bet when it comes to a lunch break though some of the employees in the pharmacy QUICK FOR THAT! Smh. Get it together pharmacy and yes I 100% called corporate. Absolutely . & I’ve never EVER called corporate in my life.

Been sitting in the drive thru pharmacy line for almost an hour. Two cars have bailed other wise nothing would have moved. Inside is just as bad. Stand In line no on acknowledges you don’t understand what the hold up is. I use CVS in target with no problem it’s always the free standing stores that are ridiculous.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through, to get to the window, spend 10 more minutes before someone even acknowledged me. Then was asked to drive back around and wait in line again because the medicine was not ready. Keep in mind I had called an hour prior to make sure they would have it ready, of course they said yes. Pull back around. Spend another 20 minutes in line. I’ve now been sitting at the window for close to 10 minutes and yet again no one is acknowledging me. They’ve made eye contact and gone the other way. It gets better. Now they’ve come to the window, given me my medicine for my threw year old, just to have them take it back because the medicine wasn’t mixed right. So now I waiting again. Maybe I would have done better if I hadn’t have CALLED to make sure my prescriptions would be READY when I get here. This has been the worst service I’ve received. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy.
