Poor customer service by owner Mr Rick as we took our car to simply get a quote after waiting 30 min he got off a call went to rest room and on another call talking about houses after secretary reminded him we was still waiting.

This is the second time that I have had to use an Auto body shop from drivers who can't stop at stop signs. Custom Auto has been an excellent choice. Very professional, quick to get your vehicle back to you. The work they do is great. My car looks like the day I drove it off the car lot. I cannot thank them enough.
