It was first time going & i was a little nervous, but as soon as i walked in the man at the front counter greeted me with a smile. He explained the walk-in process me & said they would give me a call when they were ready for me. I really appreciated that, so i wasn’t just sitting in the salon for hours! The service was top tier & everyone knew what they were doing! Will definitely be back!

i’ve been going here for about 3 years now and i can just say that the staff is VERY friendly, sweet and will make you feel at home !. they’re very respectful, full of laughter and just a whole lotta smiles that i be happy to see . i have created a bond w basically all of them and i don’t see myself going anywhere but here and that’s facts ! :) i most definitely recommend coming here, 100/10 .

Will not recommend. I drove 45 mins and they told me they stop taking clients at 2pm after I called before and was told they stop at 4pm. Horrible customer service second time I’ve tried and there never open during actual business hours. Supposedly they close at 6pm.

My daughter used her very first paycheck ever to get her hair washed,trimmed, blownout and flatironed. Her hair is to her shoulders and is a beautiful 4b type texture.
They did her wrong! Hair was so frizzy and fried, and they wouldn't speak in English. My daughter felt very uncomfortable as I left her alone for this service. I asked if two people did her hair considering the fact the left side looked completely different from the right. To my surprise the answer was yes. SMH if you do not know what you are doing just say that!! ):

I didn’t get Yessi I got her assistant and I Asked for a silk press with curls as the body she gave me just a blowout that didn’t last on my 4c hair it’s very puffy and waste of my money & time

Take walkins, but stop after 5 if they get busy calling in, and getting on the list is highly suggested

I haven’t had my hair professionally done in 10+ years. The staff which includes the washer, front desk and stylist were very polite and friendly. I walked out the shop feeling myself!! My sons are like our mommy is back. I will be returning every 2-3 weeks to be pampered! My hair feels like cotton. I actually didn’t know I had this much hair. It feels so healthy and shining!! I highly recommend! ❤️

I’ve never left yesis chair & didn’t feel gorgeous after a blowout !! I’ve been going here since last year & I’ve never had any thought to go anywhere else since . I love everything about the process & the prices !! Great environment , great people !!

I’m from NY & been looking for a Dominican salon for yearssss . They’re great but there’s absolutely no reason why the wait times are so extensive she needs more ppl asap ! Please post an ad or do what you gotta do to get more people blowing out hair . Glad to see business is doing good but it is a headache to wait as long as we do. The other day I couldn’t even get my hair done because it was soo full. & I don’t want to go to anybody else because I love themmm but the waiting game is ridiculous . Love yall .

Bad business… they have people waiting for hours saying it’s a two hour wait then demanding a $20 nonrefundable deposit regardless if you get serviced or not… that’s like cheating people… bc they know if someone walks out they still get $20 regardless. would not recommend… at all. First time experience will definitely be the last at Yesi
