Delivery men apologetic for running late, call to manager told us exactly where they were. Text to nowhere theday before emphasized we needed them before 530p, crew knew also , but were late. Technology and communication were good & sufficient. White glove service did involve 5 minutes of homeowner cleanup, no big deal. Thank you gentlemen.

The delivery of my mattress was as promised time wise, and the crew were very friendly and extremely helpful in getting the mattress upstairs through a tight door and stairway.

From start to finish I was kept abreast of the status of my delivery with exact and punctual accuracy. The gentleman who delivered the merchadice were professional and polite. I recommend RXO without qualification. Their expertice was refreshing. I want them to handle all my future deliveries.

Mike and Mike Jr did an excellent job delivering my Bosch dishwasher. They unpacked it at the truck and hauled off the waste. The washer was hand carried into my house. Excellent job fellas.

Great experience having my couch delivered by Francisco and his teammate from RXO. They made the best of a tough situation with my couch boxes falling apart from shipping and got them into my apartment quickly and professionally. Happy they were the team to help me today!

Eventually took 3 months for them to haul away refrigerator it took service manager oversee this saw my negative comment in these reviews. Supervisor at warehouse was useless.

Didn’t honor delivery commitment. Was informed that I could go pick it up myself. Drive 2 hours to their warehouse to be told off by Tiffany the dock manager. She is incompetent at her job and rude to boot. Somebody should fire her today.
