“Evans was great! The inside of the loading area was somewhat dirty, but we managed and the mattresses were covered with the bedding spread so it worked and soaked the sheets afterwards”
“When going through a major move, state to state, the process can be extremely stressful. The staff here made me temporarily forget the weight of everything. I walked into the facility to be greeted by hugh smiles and pleasantries. They are highly educated about the process but the friendliness made this facility stand out.
I have been to many uhaul locations whether for business or personal. And the staff is always sufficient, but rarely enjoyable. This location has set the bar high simply by being engaging, courteous and relaxed.
If you are in the Ladson/Summerville area I highly recommend this location.”
“I have had 2 units with storage king for over two years and this is by far the cleanest most helpful facility I have ever been to.
The location is great and super close to my house.

“Not sure what the disconnect is between the online reservations and this location. I had scheduled online to pick up at 5 pm on a Wednesday and received a call at 4:30 pm asking if I was still coming because I was scheduled to pick up right then and they would be closing at 5 (I double checked my email after the fact to make sure I wasn't crazy). Luckily I lived 2 minutes away but it was inconvenient when I had otherwise planned my day around the 5 pm pick up.”

“Yesterday was a really difficult day. I needed to clear out my dad’s storage unit. He passed away on New Year’s Eve. I didn’t know how big the unit was and didn’t really know what size trailer I needed. We booked the biggest trailer they had, but realized we didn’t need one that big. Thankfully they had a smaller trailer and they took such great care of me. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you so much for your help and service during such a difficult time.”
