This place was such a refreshing surprise. Shaggy was so polite, very accommodating and made this an exceptional experience. Talk about great service from him to the manager I believe his name was Eric. Just an overall 10 experience!

We appreciate their attentiveness to detail & knowledge with car sales. They even stayed after closing hours to assist us with all of our questions and to ensure all needs were met.

While they were very nice on the phone. I called to confirm the availability of the jeep I wanted to buy before driving an hour to go pick it up. Despite them telling me it was there, they later called me after I had driven 45 min to tell me they sold the car earlier in the day. While I understand that cars will sell, I called specifically to confirm the availability and was lied to. I won' be considering or referring anyone TruAuto of Ladson for any car buying needs.

Great help from Shaggy the car salesman. Went to pick up car in rental and he happily drove me back to pickup my new car!!!! Super easy to work with over the phone and in person.
