This is Chris Salisbury from Southern Motor Company, We have known Chris Hayes and several folks at Right Choice for years, and like us they also do their best to make sure people are taken care of, before, during and after the sale. Sometime back they brought it to our attention that they could handle some of our service work! And although we are a completely separate company from them doing the same type of business, I am more than happy to make sure that their service dept thrives. They may not be the cheapest, but even as a dealer I feel they are more than fair. There does not seem to be too much they can't handle! And if they can't they will most likely point you in the direction of someone who can.

If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. The entire experience was a nightmare. Randy was our salesperson, and when we met him, he gave us the whole "I'm not like other car salesmen" spiel. He most definitely is. We bought a 2017 Audi Q7 from this dealership that had a bad motor. I should have known when Randy told us he had a "funny" story about the previous owner. (the previous owner was friends of another salesperson "Ivan" at the dealership) He told me that the girl lost her job and had to return the car because she couldn't afford it anymore. I found it odd that he'd mention that because it's not funny or uncommon for something like that to happen. I'd also like to say that anytime we made contact with the dealership, it was because we had to reach out multiple times after being told they'd call us back. Anyways, the car was burning a quart of oil every 2-3 days so we brought it back to the dealership for repairs. After a week, they tell us it's done and ready to be picked up. But the next day, whenever I tried to pick it up, they told us that the engine light had come on, so they brought it to the Audi dealership. Then they told us that Audi needed to order a part to fix the car and that it would take another week. Mind you, this is our family car. We had no other way to take our kids where they needed to go, so we had to borrow a family member's vehicle. At the end of that week Randy finally decided to tell us that Audi actually told him that the engine was no good. IT TOOK HIM A WEEK TO TELL THE TRUTH. They told us that they'd buy the car back from us. Great. Ivan took it upon himself to go out to the car and throw all of my belongings and my children's belongings into a trash bag with an old takeout container. I had no idea the takeout container was even in the car. Old, rotten food got all over my children's things. It wasn't even his right to remove anything from the car at that point because we had signed nothing that stated we were no longer in possession of the car. I felt so disrespected. It was almost as if he was trying to retaliate against us because his little plan to get his friend out of loan on a bad car didn't work. We had to wait another week for him to even cut us our check on our down payment, and just last month, on the 20th, they finally paid the loan off after we had received a letter that our account was in default for non-payment. Save yourself the heartbreak and frustration of buying from this dealership. They're trash. While Randy was unprofessional, dishonest and gave us the run around for weeks, it was his little sidekick, Pauly D, aka Ivan, that really sucks. Messing with my kids is unacceptable. Karmas coming for you both.
I don't know how to reply directly to your comment, so I'll just edit my review and say that if there was no remaining loan on the vehicle, why did Randy say that the girl couldn't afford the payment anymore? And "as-is" is bullshit. When someone buys a car, there are implied warranties. An example would be if I bought a sandwich from a deli, you could assume that it's edible. If I buy a car from a dealership, you can assume that it isn't going to need 11,000-dollar repair within the first week of owning it. There is no way that someone didn't know there was an issue with the car; it wasn't disclosed to us. And if you all truly didn't know the car was no good, then it was pure negligence. The sale was fraudulent. Don't act like you did us ANY favors because the truth is if you didn't take the car back, we could take you to court and sue you for up to 3 times the cost of the loan. So, this is for anyone buying a car; please know your rights. Car salesmen will say and do anything to make a sale. There are laws to protect ANY kind of consumer. New or used. As far as Ivan goes, he knows it wasn't an accident, and whoever replied to me knows it as well...he thinks he's

These guys are the coolest and friendly. They stuck beside me as I was try to buy and car and did what they could to get me in one! Now I have the car I wanted and made some great friends! Thanks guys for being loyal to yourself and other when trying to purchase and car! Would definitely recommend go to them if u want a good quality vehicle!!

I can not express how impressed we were with the customer service at this establishment. It's rare to find a group that not only cares about what they are selling, but also will follow thru to make sure you stay a happy customer. Chris has been wonderful to us while we were in the hunt for a vehicle for our son. We would shop here again without hesitation.

I told myself before I will never deal with a dealership ever again But, Right choice automotive is one of the best auto dealer I have been to and did business with. I am pretty satisfied with my car.
