“My car’s AC was not working, it was making a rattling noise, and icon for running hot would come on but there is water in the radiator. I called Above & Beyond on Monday, spoke with James. I had my car towed to them and got a call from James it was ready on Wednesday morning. Turn around time was great as is the customer service. James was very nice and helpful through this ordeal. “I visited this location after my local Tire choice in Mt Pleasant permanently closed. I’m glad I did! I’m writing this review to let others know the Amazing service I received in this location. The General Manager Laura was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist me with my situation. I had a bad front rotor and wheel bearing the was causing a horrible squeaking noise in my front end. After taking the car apart we found out that the auto part store near by had given me the wrong parts. She literally drove me over a mile to get the right parts for my car and she did it with a smile the entire time. The Tech at this location William is one of the best in the area with over 40 years of experience and very professional. He explained everything to me and fixed my car like it was new again. I will not look anywhere else for future needs. This was outstanding customer services A+++++✨??”

Devin quickly saw that she was going to need a rim so he found us one at a store nearby, got to work and replaced it for her right away. “Jimmy was great! He replaced the oxygen sensor on my car and it was a good price. Then he assured us the car would make it home even with the check engine light on. It went off when we got onto I-40. Thank you Jimmy for telling us to enjoy the rest of our vacation and not charging us for a repair that may not have been needed.”

“I came in for a nail in my tire and was hoping for a patch repair. Unfortunately they had to replace the tire and order my tire size to be delivered to the store. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the service was very fast! Within two hours they had assessed my car, ordered a new tire, had it delivered, swapped out the old tire and had me on my way. Gerald's tires will always be where I go to service my car! Thank you guys!”

Those top off services are also crucial for my wife's eco engine car and my high milage car that burn a little oil between changes. I can not recommend the staff and the service enough.
