If I could give this a no star I would. Instead of helping the customer from the moment of entry, the front desk staff would rather say “My jobs not a mechanic so you’ll have to go there because that could be so many things”…. as we told him the exact part we think it might be relating to and what we need for the issue. Yeah obviously you don’t know anything about your job but your job first and foremost, is to help the customer with just a simple question. Unqualified and unprofessional can apparently get you any job now a days. I will never come here again because of the white old rude guy at the front desk and I pray that no one else has to deal with his rudeness. I know you don’t get paid hardly anything and to not know anything about your job, but it’s not hard to have spark plug wires in stock, which by the way, he had no idea what that even was, so good job. Unbelievably disgusted with my experience and I’ll just make sure I keep going to auto zone like I normally do.

My friend needed an alternator for her car. They didn't have one in stock but could have one later that day by 5:00pm. That was good enough for her.

NAPA Auto Parts - Auto Supply & Equipment on Ladson Road in Ladson is a great place to go for all things auto parts and supplies. The store is well managed and organized and it is very easy to find exactly what you are looking for. The staff here is very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help you out. I have had a really good experience shopping here over the years.
