“I used Smooth Movers this past Thursday, August 1, 2024. Clay was the head mover and him and his crew was so professional, polite and got the job done. They were expected to show up between 930am and 1030am and they called me at 940am ready to rock and roll.
We were officially started at 1002AM and the job was fully completed by 2PM (2 br apt move).
I couldn’t be more pleased. A++ for Smooth Movers, clay and team !

There were some last minute repairs made that required us to wait but the service made up for that. Plus they made sure both fuel tanks were full.”

“Ordered a large item. It arrived in excellent shape. I got a call as soon as it was headed to Charleston terminal to set up delivery. I got automated reminder the day before. I called to check in on delivery day early that morning. I was told he would be my way shortly. I’m downtown and we have to black space do delivery has a place to park and do not have to sit in the middle of a busy street. Few moments later driver was a few blocks away. All went smooth. Excellent customer service and staff. Thank you very much!”

“Eric Donahue is a rockstar ! I coordinated from California a cross country move for my almost 80 yr-old in-laws. Eric understood challenges, urgency and task at hand and even though I wasn't local, he took care of everything....working with my in-laws in person to ensure they were comfortable with the entire process. Other companies would not not come onsite to meet and required technology which might be to complex for seniors to virtually identify what needed to be moved. Not Coleman. Eric took care of everything answering any and all questions. We had a very tight timeline which he ensured was met. The entire team supporting him were also excellent !. Moving can be stressful but not with Coleman. If you are in the Charleston area, you need to contact Coleman and ask for Eric !”
