“After 2.5 weeks of a horrible experience with ATT Direct TV and still nothing installed, ITSC was recommend to me as an authorized dealer instead. My experience with them was 180 degrees different and was wonderful!! The team is responsive, quick to communicate, creative, and helpful. Got my DirectTV up and running in no time. And they always did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. I cannot recommend them more highly.”

“Yesterday I booked a appointment at this store because I was having an issue with my phone messaging. I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel was able to solve the problem. We started talking and he told me about a great promotion that Samsung was having. He answered all of my questions and even wrote it all down for me. There was no pressure, just great information! I came home and thought about it and ended up going back today to take advantage of the promotion. I even brought my daughter who was considering switching from Android to iphone. Again, they answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time with us. We walked out of the store feeling pretty good about our decisions and our purchases. Daniel, Courtney and Joey were absolutely wonderful and provided EXCELLENT customer service. It's so nice to know there are still businesses out there that remember how to treat their customers. What a great experience this has been!”

“Amazingly experienced technical help at this store! My phone did a reset (still can't figure out how that happened). All of my phone info was GONE. These wonderful people were able to restore my contacts and photos. I was incredibly grateful. Also learned the Verizon messenger does not back up your texts. The app doesn't even have the feature to save conversations. If they get deleted, they are gone forever.”
“Great customer service I took a friend of mine their to fix her phone or get a upgrade and the man was so helpful he fixed her phone in less than 10 min. We were greeted at the door and he made us feel important. We will be back to this location in the future.”
“Brenttnie knows her stuff. I had a sort of (I thought) complicated situation needing a new phone because I thought what I bought online myself would fit my needs...I was wrong. She calculated prices for a bunch of options until she found the best deal for me with phone and internet. She also informed me that after my birthday in Sept. I would be eligible for an even better deal and told me when to sign up so I would reap the benefits right away! Go see her and tell her Dr. Smith sent you!!

“My wife and I visited your location on 4/26 regarding a lockout issue with my wife's phone. We earlier in the day had an appointment with the apple store in Charleston. The techn startedi gave instructions to us and recommended going to your store since it was the closest to see if the issue could be resolved. We were aware that we could potentially be shuffled back and forth between apple and spectrum, each saying it wasn't their issue. Initially Myrtle started the investigation. As it continued , Jimmy and then Sharon offered suggestions. Their persistent problem solving and brainstorming resolved our issue unlocking the phone with all the data intact. We are grateful for their going above and beyond and can't thank them enough. The ultimate teamwork to send away a customer very happy.”
“I am a bit confused as to why WOW! has such low reviews. This is our second ISP in the Charleston area and it outclasses the competitor by a mile and then some. The contractor they hired to instal the internet was a very personal, down-to-earth, and entertaining character with 35+ years experience in Cable/Internet/TV installs. It's not fiber optic by any means, but smooth as silk compared to what we had previously.”
