Cindy has been doing my taxes since 2008. She is a wiz at all the new laws that come out each year! Go check her out!

Was using TurboTax to do some taxes and turns out I had owed some money, my own fault. Before I found out, came here to federated tax services to see if they could fix it. I clearly stated that was the reason I was there and told them “only if they could fix it.” I was charged an extra 126 when I could have used turbo tax for free!

We love Cindy. She's b doing our taxes for about 4 years. Never an issue, even when doing our business taxes. She's gone out of her way to help us deal with the IRS! The fees are very reasonable. Also, we drive from Charlotte NC just for getting our taxes done properly and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

I came to Mrs. Cindy to file my business taxes for the first time. She initially came off very condescending to her employee, directing him to give a customer on the phone a very rude response, that I could tell he didn't want to do. I had a list of deductions for my business, and this visibly annoyed her (eye rolling, discourteous comments and sighing). I felt like a burden to her; It was terrible. Every form/paper we went through, she rushed through and made me feel as though I was taking up her free time, even though I was there paying her to do a job, not the other way around. Then, one week after the tax deadline, I found out that she didn't file a particular form, because she didn't understand that my business was a partnership LLC, even though I explained this to her previously. She told me my business COULD NOT even be an LLC and a partnership. I then had to highlight the IRS tax rules and bring my letter from the IRS proving that she was incorrect. She then acted as if she knew that all along, and that this mistake was still somehow my fault. I asked her to please fix this and file the form anyway. She said she would work on it in the morning. I called the next day to ask if it would be ready when my husband would be there between 4-4:30pm, her employee replied, "Yeah, she said it's ready, all she has left to do is make a copy." My husband showed up at 4:05. She looked at her employee, as if my husband wasn't even there, and said, "Is my time wrong? His wife said he wouldn't be here until 4:30. I'm not even done yet." Which was incredibly rude as well as surprising that she wasn't done with one form given the 24 hours she had. But my husband was still patient with her. When she was done, she wanted to charge an additional $45.00. My husband informed her we had already paid her $399.00 for her services, and he felt that this was a mistake made by her. Her daughter (whose name is on my tax return as the preparer, even though she was not even in the building the day my taxes were prepared) stepped out and started informing my husband that he would have to pay no matter what. They then both began speaking over each other in an aggressive way out of defense, so my husband left. I went home, went on the IRS website, filled out the form, printed it and sent it for 45 cents. Go anywhere else, where you can be sure that everything is legit and correct, you can be treated like a competent person and not shouted at like you're on a Jerry Springer episode.

Very rude ladies. Felt uncomfortable hearing all of the rude things they said about and to customers during the short time I was in there. Left without even getting services. Would never go here to get my taxes done or buy a phone.

Best accountant anywhere. Friendly, experienced; more than reasonable.
