My daughter gave herself a crazy haircut, and I thought we'd have to go super short, but Gracie was able to layer it out beautifully, and only needed to trim the length. My daughter is thrilled with her cut and so am I!

Very disappointed!! Took my twin girls to get their hair cut today. My girls have very curly hair. Before setting the appointment, I asked are you able to cut curly hair? The woman setting the appointment, said yes. I set the appointment. The next day I came with my girls, which was today. I was greeted and sat right away. She did cut both my girls hair. I paid and tipped. Came home and straightened their hair. That’s when I was able to see that what I asked for didn’t happen. I wanted both girls hair evened up and all dead ends cut off. Unfortunately that’s not what we got. The 2 stylist said if I needed to come back after I could, and even said that next time it would be easier if I straightened it first and it would be easier to cut. I appreciated the stylist honoring the price. But, I spent all day fixing what I paid someone else to do. Needless to say, I will not be returning. You shouldn’t commit to something you can’t do.

Here’s my story bout me getting highlights ?♀️ Not to long ago maybe 2 months ago i attempted to get my hair highlighted at “fantastic Sam’s “off of Ladson rd (PLEASE NEVER GO THERE!). The girl (Tonya )was putting highlights in my hair, here I’m thinking it’s gonna look good well when Tonya washed my hair out and I got back in front of the mirror I literally almost had an anxiety attack I was so upset and frustrated because around my head where my roots are it was bright orange and the rest of my hair was purple. ??. It was just a hot mess . So she tried using a different toner and it didn't help at all ?♀️ Needless to say I left there with orange roots and purple hair instead of blond highlights.Also my scalp and top and back of my ears were burnt from the bleach and turned in scabs by the next day. I had to still pay for the service which was frustrating because it wasn’t no way near what I wanted done.Oh and I forgot to mention I was at fantastic Sam’s hair salon from 2pm to 10pm yes 10 o clock at nigh it took that long for her to try and fix my hair and it still wasn’t fixed by the time I left. Just do your self a favor Don’t get your hair don’t at this place I highly recommend you DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE!

Super nice staff, I dare say they were fantastic...Tonya and Shannon did an awesome job with my haircut off of my very poor description on how I wanted my haircut. When the customer says, "whatever you think looks best" a lot, I'm sure this makes their job harder.Very friendly, but also very professional staff. Definitely will be back!

Gracie was fantastic. I got a haircut that was a tad out of my comfort zone and she made me feel beautiful and styled it perfectly! Absolutely amazing! I will be coming here exclusively for my haircuts from now on!

Gracie was awesome! She provided a solution so I didn't have to loose a lot of length after making the mistake of cutting my own hair ?♀️ and made it look beautiful! Very happy with my haircut and highly recommend Gracie!

Tonya made my experience amazing. I don't let just anyone touch my hair, in fact I am known to get back on a plane and go see my stylist from where I am from, Tonya took my anxiety right off of me, she made me so comfortable and you would have thought I was going to her for years. She asked questions, saw pictures and delivered beyond belief. Truly an amazing experience.

My 10 year old daughter and I went in for services last night. My daughter got her hair highlighted in a very bright color that required bleaching her hair first. Tonya was absolutely amazing with her. My daughter has even asked that for future touch ups that Tonya be her stylist. When she did my hair, she’s the first stylist who actually listened to what I said I wanted and gave me exactly what I wanted. We were in there for a long time because of the processing on my daughter’s hair but we had so much fun. This was my daughter’s first time having something more than a cut done to her hair and Tonya would explain things to her and ask her opinion about how she wanted things done. She listened to her (with my oversight obviously but she made my daughter feel heard). My daughter even asked if it was possible to give her more than a 5 star review. We will definitely be going back to see her.
