I’ll be the first to admit I’m picky and not easily impressed…but this dealership, specifically Doug, exceeded my expectations and then some. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered all of my questions, worked with me on pricing and financing, and sold me an absolutely stunning car. I went to a lot of the big name dealerships looking for this type of car, and I never felt like I could trust anything they told me. Doug gave me his honest opinion and it never felt like he was trying to pull one over on me, or talk me into anything. I actually trust Doug…I can’t say that about any of the other sales people, at any of the other dealerships I went to. From now on, Cook Motor will be the first (and only) place I’ll go to buy a car. I’d give these guys 6 stars if I could. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My husband Len needed a truck. Due to some sad and unexpected family loss; we had to secure a reliable vehicle quickly. My husband found this truck on a FB ad and stopped into check it out. The truck was beautiful, and the description was 100% accurate. We worked with Doug Abernathy directly. He was genuine, honest and sympathetic to our current family situation. He worked closely with us to answer all of our questions and go the extra mile to provide any details we needed on this truck. We were able to purchase this truck from Doug and had not one concern as we knew we were dealing with a reputable and honest person. Doug really is a great guy to work with and we highly recommend Cook Motor Company. We love our new truck and know that if we need anything further Doug is a call away!

Doug Abernathy is "the bomb!" Great customer service, including offering every benefit available.. Doug took the time to go over every detail about our purchase and explained all add on purchases and how we could benefit from them. Working with Cooks Motor Company has, so far, been a great decision. Highly recommend them.

Cook sold me a car for 18,400 drove it for 2 days and started having problems with the coolent put coolent in it 2 days later had problems again so I took it to the dealership and the cause I paid for a Warranty. But the warranty doesn't cover anything paid an extra 1,800 for this warranty. Everything they found wrong came to over 10,000 dollars to fix cooks asked me to send them what needed to be fix I sent them in a email what the dealership sent me. The dealership told them it's not a good idea to drive the car but they drove it anyways. Cooks said they will fix the car and called me up saying they fixed it. I went a picked it up 2 days later same problems never fixed called cooks up told them still have the same problem they told me to take it to a different place and said they know how to work with warranty companies. What I sent cooks in a email was the same thing that the place they had me send the car to get fixed was the same problem. Told me the bill will be 800 dollars to get fixed. Cook said they will not pay for it and said they spent 300 dollars already to fix the problem and now I had to eat 800 for a car I drove for a week. So now I have a car with a 520 dollar payment a mouth that I can't drive. I don't recommend this company at all to buy a car. This been going on for almost a mouth and I feel like cooks doesn't car as long as they get the sell I have all the proof to show anyone with text messages emails and statements made from the dealer I took it to and the Mechanic cooks told me to take it too

Doug Abernathy was the absolute best salesman I could have come across. Buying a used car is stressful but he put me at ease throughout the whole process. I found a steal of a deal and I feel SAFE which was my number 1 priority!!! I recommend Cook Auto Company. They have been around forever and I see why!! 5 Stars!!!
