“I recently had the pleasure to interact with Jared in the appliance Dep't at the No. Charleston, SC Lowe's. I was seeking to buy a specific electric range which was in scarce supply. Jared physically verified that there was one left in stock and then worked with me over the phone to arrange for delivery - THE NEXT DAY! Kudos to Jared for an outstanding customer experience!”
“Delivered here this morning. I think their receiving hours are from 8am-2pm. They do unload by appointments, I’m unsure what time mine was but I checked in at 730am. I pulled around back, untarped and unstrapped. 1 other truck was there and his appointment was for 8am. I was unloaded right after him.Both trucks were unloaded within an hour . Unsure why the negative reviews. Overnight parking is allowed . 4 out of 5 stars because there was no bathroom facilities available for drivers. Overall pleasant experience with all the workers I came in contact with.”
