I wanted to get a stainless steel watch engraved and was referred to Big Bucks by a local jeweler. The employees were super nice when I called and Josh, who did the engraving, was SO helpful. It was also very well priced!

The people who work at Big Bucks were very helpful and gave me more information than I hoped they would. They really know their stuff! I purchased a weapon for personal and household protection and they connected me with outside resources that are very helpful. Thank you so much for your help! You guys are the best!

The worst pawn shop in Charleston they try to cheat people and they know nothing about what they’re doing don’t take your ps5 to them they’ll tell you they’re selling for 185 dollars go see Brittany at money man on Farmington road it was obvious they didn’t know anything about it because they said the ps5 looked big(disk version) went to another pawn shop and was offered more than I was asked ( a legitimate pawn shop )

This place is the worst they sell bus tickets I went to buy bus ticket they told me no I could get bus tomorrow with cash so I went to dollar store next to it puþ money on debit card bought ticket went back in to ask them if they need to scan ticket they said to I asked if they sold soda or water NÒ dollar store next door
They called cops on me
Do not go there it suckß and people who work there such to and that's the people who work theres vehicles

This is my go to spot and they always go above and beyond. In terms of transfers, I really like the instant notification and transfer within minutes of receiving the firearm. I’ve bought a few items and felt I got a very fair price. Sold a few items, too, and got more than others had offered.

I’m a huge fan! Alex & Tank welcome you like family when you walk in. Always friendly and helpful. I stop in there 2-3 times a week because I enjoy seeing the new firearms that they get in each week and they’re fun. It appears that they enjoy their jobs and like people. Crazy, right?!!

I like big bucks, but the only thing that I hate there is the fat blonde chick that doesn't want to do any work. I called asking them about a tool that I saw there the day before just seeing if it was sold, she told me they didn't have it so I came up there and the tool was sitting in the same spot and so she she's pretty lazy but I guess she's family to whoever owns that place so she can do nothing and still get paid

Look no further for your next pawn shop adventure. The people here are great. Friendly & knowledgeable! Bought a brand new Glock here cheaper than I could have at PSA. We won’t be going to anyone else. Josh is the best!

I have been a customer for over a year and love the environment. It’s always clean. Staff is always super friendly and happy to see all the customers! Bought several firearms and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry. My husband even bought my wedding ring from there! Such an awesome place they make you feel like family!

Horrible customer service. Went to go sell a firearm, the man and woman at the front desk were rude as hell responding back aggressively and short. Soon as a white couple walks in they respond to them very politely. Energy was definitely not reciprocated when I entered the door. Overall I think they were racist.
