I came in to refund and buy correct airfilter and a lady helped me at checkout. I am not knowledge enough to know car things, that i should buy cabin air filter not engine air filter. I end up decide to keep the engine air filter just thought i will need it one day. Good to know. The lady is very nice and patient for my confusions and purchases. In the end, i have all things i need.
Ps. I think she was mentioned in some reviews
too. Very nice lady, God bless her!

Maybe check before just telling the customer no without looking at least make an attempt at it especially with something that would be a normal shop supply and if you're asked a question and the answer is I don't think so then you need to make 100% sure or at least make the effort to check it's so sad the lack of effort that is put forth nowadays especially when I walk in your store and what you told me wasn't there is actually on the shelf

My husband and I stopped in today to get the battery in his F150 checked. The gentleman who helped us was really nice and informative. I didn't get to peruse the store as much as normal. But the selection seemed decent.
