“Jessica is an angel!. I had one issue after being here 2 weeks. When I say she jumped into action to correct it is an understatement. The grounds are beautiful they are constantly fixing things up. Have gotten to the pool yet but I love it my dog loves it. Thank you!!!!”

Before moving in, I saw a lot of negative reviews, but I still decided to take the chance. After living here, I haven’t experienced any issue.
Saleina was a big help throughout the process. I visited a few times before moving in, and she always answered my questions and gave me all the information I needed. Even after submitting my application, I requested a different apartment, and she arranged it for me without any trouble.
The community is calm, clean, economical, and comfortable. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend living here.”

“After downsizing from a home and touring many complexes,this one just stood out when I toured it. From meeting the knowledgeable Manager Teresa, to the actual leasing, it was a very pleasant and smooth transition. The Leasing agent was also very helpful in setting up my accounts and move in. UPS mail and packages are all secure inside a designated locked area within the building.Although there has been some crime/break ins for the area(unfortunately it's everywhere), I have seen increased Police presence in this area,night and day! There are cameras in place as well.Maintenance is very friendly and the grounds are kept clean. I'm very satisfied with my choice and location is centralized for easy access to shopping and I26.”

“Love it here. The community is so welcoming. I love that there are events every month offered by the staff for the residents to participate in. At the start of football season they had a kick off party with catering bbq at the pool area where they had 2 different games on both big screen tvs. It's also close to shopping and so many restaurants. I think what I like the most is its quite and you don't really get that apartment feel. The units are big enough that it's more like a home. Plus there is on-site storage and garage rentals.”
