I speak for the mechanic side. They were very helpful and accommodating, when they didn't have the part I needed, they went and bought it from a place that did have it. And they also work on European cars. (My car was a VW passat, the window regulator mechanically failed)

Bought a truck from here broke down twice the first weekend I bought it a week later transmission stops shifting charged full price for the truck because it had wheels and a system speakers were blown and the wheels were chopped up its been almost a month so no title in the mail. Messaged the owner no response talked to the office they say as is so I got a 15000 dollar paperweight thanks guys!

Went and purchased a car there Friday, February 25th 2022. Returned it Feb 26th the very next day due to the cars transmission slipping , motor started shaking , and went I turned the windshield wipers on it made the motor rev up like I was hitting the gas. Customer service was great, but I still will not ever rec come to anyone buying a car from here. They’re all JUNK!

Bought a car April 10, 2021 and still haven't received the tag and I'm writing this on October 28, 2021!!!! Owner gives the run around and never responds!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE and no one in the office knows whats going on. Caught them in a lie and of course they denied everything!!! Had to get a police report so I wouldn't get a ticket if I get pulled over with an expired paper tag!!! Do not get a car from here, you will regret it.

They are amazing and run a family Business for the most part the ones that are not family feel like family I work at affordable sales and have to say they are great and on the weekends they sometimes have the owners kids at the place and they can also help you too because I am one of those kids

Terrible service. All around lies and deceptions of customer service. The owner is never there, the nephew smokes like a chimney in the office around customers, and the finance guy has no clue what is going on. He just works there to collect a check. Don’t waste your time or money. You will regret every moment.

This was not a very pleasant experience. Several different things that occurred throughout this experience. Yet throughout the several attempts to contact the owner Anwar for items for the car, and the tag issue. He has yet to respond or to contact me to let me know what is going on with my tag situation due to being out of state. It has been way pass the 45 day mark. Due to the circumstance I am unable to drive my vehicle. Besides the fact that the customer service was pleasant until I was lied to on different things that were discussed before hand. I would not recommend this dealer, to prevent the hassle of getting things done in a timely manner.

The team at Affordable Sales and Exporta are truly great to work with...they went out of their way to help find the right car for the right money. They make buying a car a carefree experience....I would definitely recommend them.
