I don't know who rated Richard's low but he does A LOT of work for my business and it's always top notch. You do get what you pay for but Richard's is great work at a reasonable price.
I couldn't count the number of vehicles that he's painted for us over the years but I will update this post with the before / after of my British Racing Green Miata. He was able to save a REALLY dented in quarter panel and make it look like new while minimizing the amount of touch up. Even repainting my front splitter body color to match the rest of the car.
