He gave me a bad tire that didn’t even last a day and did not wanna give me back my money. Before he drove off he acted as if he did not know me. Only got back $20 out of my $40.

I am constantly getting the run around to get my money back. I have been trying now for FOUR days I was sold a dry-rotted tire not to mention it was NOT the size I said I needed. All I keep getting is come tomorrow when the owner is here but I never seen anyone collecting money or there but the big lip bald guy! Not to mention driving 35 mins and all of this and I'm literally due any day.
