CVS is a local pharmacy and store that receives mixed reviews from customers. Many praise the friendly and helpful staff, especially highlighting positive interactions with employees at the front counter and during checkout. Customers appreciate the good customer service and the patience of employees, mentioning that their experiences are often pleasant. For example, one customer noted a very nice phone call regarding store hours, while others shared positive in-store experiences, including quick and easy service for passport photos and helpful assistance from staff. However, there are some concerns. Customers report that the pharmacy staff, especially older pharmacists, can be rude and talk about customers in a way that seems unprofessional and unkind. Additionally, the store's remote location sometimes leads to items being sold out, making shopping inconvenient. Online ordering can be unreliable, with many in-stock items showing as unavailable, resulting in canceled orders. Due to these issues, some customers avoid in-store shopping unless they need specific, expensive, or hard-to-find items. Overall, CVS's staff is generally appreciated for their friendliness, but the pharmacy's professionalism and stock availability are areas needing improvement.
I only called on the phone to talk to the pharmacy and someone in the front store just to find out the hours on Sunday and Monday. The person was very very very very nice. I was well pleased with the telephone call. I have not been in the store yet. Thank you. Deborah-Mathis
