I really appreciate this team helping me out. I drove an hour not knowing that they have seasonal hours right now and the ones online are wrong. I showed up a few minutes after close with a return and they were gracious enough to take care of me. I wish I would have known because I looked around while I waited and I can't wait to go back and shop. I really appreciate the accommodation and will certainly call to check hours next time.

My favorite Lilly near kiawah. This little store always has the best and newest Lilly items. The only issue is that I wish it stayed open longer. The times need to be earlier and later for people on vacation. I would love to be able to visit more. The store is quaint, quiet and always clean.

Located in the upscale Freshfields Village shopping center, this Lilly Pulitzer store is bright and cheerful. This is a small store, and the inventory is also quite small. However, you can order items off the website and pick them up here, if they're in stock. If you want a specific size or pattern, this saves you from driving to Freshfields only to not find what you were looking for. The pick up window is small, so I'd recommend only doing this if you're semi-local.Lilly Pulitzer clothes are a little too girly (and colorful) for me, but I love their planners and accessories. I ordered a 2022-2023 planner and a keychain wallet online, had them gift wrapped, and picked them up here recently. The associates had my order ready as promised and were super nice with the pick up process.When you shop here, your purchase comes in a really nice reusable bag, which is fun to walk around Freshfields with and reuse to help the environment. The bag sure makes grocery shopping less dull, too!

As I entered the St. John’s Island store, I was greeted with charming southern hospitality..... smiles, and a ‘welcome in’! Sierra was very helpful, in helping me decide on my purchase! I’ll definitely visit this store again when I’m on the Island!!! #lilygirl

Let me begin by saying that I have shopped at Lilly for many years and truly love all of their beautiful designs. The sales associates are so helpful and the stores are beautifully appointed. I am writing this to discourage others from making the same mistake I did when ordering items ONLINE during the semi -annual sales. The prices are tantalizing but buyer beware! Even though I carefully order only items I have previously tried on in the store, I received a dress that wasn't even close to the size on the tag or fit like the one I tried on at the Lilly store. Remember that there are no returns. What seemed like a great deal is a total waste of money. This isn't the first time this has happened to me when ordering online during the Lilly super sale, but it will be the last. Anyone want a size six dress that fits like a 10??

Lilly is back open after quarantine! Employees are wearing cloth Lilly masks, and everything looks clean. They are offering in-store shopping as well as curb-side contactless pick-up service. The store is in a convenient location with plenty of free parking nearby, restrooms across the street, and other shopping and dining options next to it. The store is small so it doesn't carry everything you could find on the Lilly website, and in-stock sizes are quite limited. However, the employees here are happy to help you order something and have it shipped to your house with shipping free of charge. They have great summer promotions and gifts with purchase. During the virus, they cannot process returns in-store. However, they will send off your return to the warehouse for you. Although this does not provide an instantaneous refund, it's faster than if you mailed back a return yourself.

Lilly Pulitzer Kiawah Island at Freshfields is a great place to shop for all things Lilly Pulitzer. This is a place that has really good gift ideas and a friendly and accommodating staff that is able to collorborate on helping you find that perfect item for that person on your list that really appreciates Lilly Pulitzer and their designs and colors. They make shopping an easy experience here.

For being a smaller store, the store is full of beautiful items that you will want to buy. The two ladies that were working while we visited were delightful and friendly and helpful. They offered to help but weren't pushy in any way. In the back of the store, by the dressing rooms, are sales racks loaded with great Lilly stuff at greatly reduced prices. This is a beautiful Lilly store. You should check it out.
