“I love Hum Grocery!!! That place is a life saver when you are out in Rockville and there is no where else to go to get great eats and local produce. I always get either the shrimp salad sandwich or the loaded deli Sammy. They are so nice and congenial and I can talk to the owner for hours.”
7AM - 10PM
1411 Folly Rd Ste 100, Charleston“Great butchers must work there. They always seem to have the best cuts on the Island. Parking is much easier than the other Publix on Folly. IMHO, by far the best chain grocery on the Island”
“The ladies restroom is dirty. There is mold growing on the sink faucets. You have to touch the paper towel holder with your clean hands to get one if it is not hanging out. The handicap toilet will not even flush the paper. The middle toilet has black mold growing in the bowl. We have shopped here since it has opened 30 years ago. Please clean the restroom!!!!!”
“Nice, clean, well stocked, and nicely organized shelves and displays. However, occasionally, the produce leaves a lot to be desired. Some of the best prices in the area. Tasty wing bar at lunchtime. Nearly all the employees I passed greeted me.”
“I've been getting pick up orders here for well over a year..never have I had a bad experience. They're always very friendly and quick to bring my stuff out!”
“At one time, Harris Teeter was grocery royalty. The King of Produce, Duke of Frozen Food, Countessa of Butchery, but I haven't seen one in years. It was nice to see one, not only functional, but thriving. Great selection, not terrible prices for the beach.”
“The place looked nice when I pulled in the parking lot.It was very clean.
Lots of room park. The store was very well Stocked. The employees were very kind courteous and helpful. I ordered food From the food truck. It changed very Quickly and it was very very delicious. I would recommend this place for lunch to everyone.”
“Visited the relatively new Publix on Folly Road (James Island, SC). The store is well-stocked, clean, and inviting. Staff was pleasant at every turn. Deli, aisles, and checkout. Couldn't have asked for a bette experience.”
“Even with the number of people checking out during a major holiday weekend, we were blessed to have Rita as our cashier. Her sweet smile and willingness to provide answers to our questions was greatly appreciated. Top notch customer service for sure!”
“I would write a concise review but as the owners/ franchise has not responded to any previous comments I won't bother. Obviously they're not concerned about what the customers think.”
“Really pleasant experience with curbside pickup. Waited maybe ~2 min for a staff member to come out with my order.I was doing an DIY-project with barstool cushions and was able to get all my supplies at Walmart, for a good price (yay Black Friday deals!). They have a good selection of fabric patterns as well, in various sizes. Thankful this spot is close by for when I forget items!”
“It's very busy right now with the July 4th holiday. We're here from out of town. Joel and his staff are amazing. He personally ran out in the rain with some olive oil we forgot at the register and grabbed a row of carts on his way back in. While we were in line he was thanking everyone for their patience, it looked like there were only two other cashiers. The store was picked through but super clean. I feel like the company should definitely send him help, Joel and his staff deserve a break!”
“Walmart will always be my place to shop, because they hire local people from the community. That fact alone is reason enough to keep me patronizing the store. In addition to the beautiful James Island girls with their very pretty dresses. Oh yeah, low prices.”
“Second time I visited this station and I really like the treatment that the cashiers give to the customer, always friendly and smiling, small detail they only need to add a microwave to be able to use it since the station does not have one”
