The store is well stocked and clean. Unfortunately, in my 5 or more times visiting in the last 2 years, no one greets you, offers to help or check you out when you have items in hand. I purchase items from the Charlotte NC store. At Kiawah, I don't purchase anymore since no one has the time.

I have been here numerous times and always spend a good bit of money. If I didn't need any help it would be fine. If you do need any help or have questions this is not the place to go. I was ignored by 3 separate associates. One looked angry and completely frustrated from the second she walked in. It's almost a joke that I have with my husband because I always say 'how many workers will ignore me before I get any help.'It is pretty ridiculous for a store that sells high end merchandise. I have been a costumer for years only because the drive to other stores is so far. One star because I asked for help and I found one to help.

We went to the king street store they sold my wife close to a thousand dollars this store the two women spent more time talking to each other? Big mistake

I was barely acknowledged when I walked in. Help was only offered after asking. Not much input or advice was given. I was very disappointed with the unenthusiastic help. Might as well just order online or go to Sephora again.

Absolute worst experience ever. Went into the store with a few friends, tested a few products and then decided to leave, and after walking out of the store one of the workers completely humiliated my guest and accused her of stealing something. We emptied our pockets and showed the inside of our other shopping bags, and she gave us the dirtiest look and rudest stare, replying “ok” with no apology whatsoever. Extremely disappointed and will never shop here again.

Just went here today and had to hurry and write this review because of how disappointed I was. Me and a couple of my friends from college went into the store and browsed. I do admit they had some good stuff, but we didn't buy anything, and as we walked out, a lady stormed after us, and accused us of Stealing. I was shocked by this behavior. Obviously, we didn't take anything, but we did not receive an apology. I do not think I will return and would not recommend, especially if you're younger. Good luck.

Never visiting here again. Do not go if you are in the area. Sales associates are rude and unwelcoming. Two of my friends and I were shopping in Fresh Feilds for the day, having a great time, and walked in blue mercury to browse. This was the only store in the shopping center where we were not greeted and not asked if we needed assistance. Upon leaving the store, we were accused of stealing by the sales associate. After feeling completely humiliated and proving we did not steal, we received dirty looks and no apology. I was planning on going back to buy a few gifts for my mother for Christmas, but I will never be returning. Instead, I went to the Sephora website and got the items from there. Probably for cheaper! DO NOT GO!

This is the only Bluemercury store I've visited, but it was great! I was out of an eye makeup remover at home. They carried what I needed online at Bluemercury.com, so I decided to go to the store to see if they had it in stock there. This location didn't have what I needed, but a helpful sales associate recommended another product to me that works just as great. This is a convenient location for makeup and beauty products with plenty of parking. I received a few free samples with my purchase. I dislike that Bluemercury only takes credit cards. I asked about this and was told it was unrelated to COVID; it's been company policy. I had preferred to use cash.

Such an amazing place with the most wonderful staff. I don’t live near a store so i get everything i need shipped to me. The manager there is so lovely and put a sweet hand written note in my box.
