“Had 4 new Lancaster tires put on today for our RAM 1500 4x4. Great price and super friendly, family owned shop! ONE PROBLEM though.....they DO NOT balance the tires! I didn't realize it until I got it back home and my husband drove it. I felt the vibration myself but our roads are horrible and I wasn't sure if it was the tires or the road. We just had to have that done locally in our town. We aren't from Union, SC so weren't able to take our truck back up anytime soon. That is a bit disappointing and I'll have to check our receipt to see if we paid for balancing or not.”
