I have found my new processor for my deer! I shot a nice buck which I wanted to get mounted, so I had them cape it out. The skinner did an excellent job. They have an excellent selection of options on cuts. I have had venison sausage made at other processors, but King Cut made the best venison sausage I have had yet, by far! I got back a lot of meat, and feel confident it was processed well.

Been bringing my deer here a few years and it has always been a good experience. Never had one issue of any kind. All of the folks here are good folks.I have been bringing my now 6 year old son to see me drop off deer and see the process for about 2 years. He always likes talking to Hammer. Today i brought him. He asked to see Hammer. After filling my order out, i took him in to see Hammer. Hammer welcomed him again and began asking him questions about deer hunting. One of the hunters inside chatting asked my son, out of all of these deer mounts, which one do you like best? My son pointed up at one of, if not the largest buck. All the hunters looked towards his pick, turned and began cheering his pick. He smiled so big and appreciated the acceptance. On the way home he kept talking about that. Thanks Hammer, the hunters there and the staff who skin the deer. That was an awesome experience for my son.
