The last three visits at this location have been a nightmare. Twice I ordered photo orders, was called and informed they were ready. Got to the store and was informed they don’t print anything other than basic photos and my order would be cancelled. Today I sat at the pharmacy drive thru for 10 minutes while 4 people stared at me but was never acknowledged & finally left. Its disappointing how terribly managers this location is.

Cashier was not only rude but flat out nasty. Is it that hard to utter the words thank you. I'm sorry that you have to work because the government will not support you but take your nasty attitude elsewhere because people do not want to shop where employees are rude. Name was Amber

i am trying to reach the pharmacy to check on my prescription refill numbers since I am at work and forget which ones are at zero refills. this has happened more than once and it was just recently. i just spent 36 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer. told there are two callers ahead of me and listened to the most horrible cheap music ever. i have been at this pharmacy for a long time but I am not happy anymore. i decided to hang up and try again. i am at my work desk and did 5 invoices and did two employee schedules as well as going outside to help a customer assuming someone would pick up since i left my phone in the office. returned to my office and this call is still holding at 32 minutes. it has been an hour on hold. this is a disgrace. if I believed the recording, that means they have only helped 3 people in one hour. such a sad situation and someone needs to figure out what is going on. The pharmacy is closed on sunday which is also very inconvenient. staff shortages continue but this needs to be corrected.i am editing my review right here. my hold time was at 39 minutes when I heard what I thought was someone coming on to help me. i was in complete shock when the recording said the pharmacy was closed for a meal break and when they return, they will answer my call in the order it was received. i am speechless

Great location, however poorly stocked. Cold drinks were barely stocked and gift card station was mostly empty.

It's very obvious that Walgreens is one of those companies that used COVID to justify being short-staffed and have now used that to make it the norm.DO NOT USE this pharmacy if you need to get through the line in under an hour, a script filled same day, or if you generally expect more than 2 employees to ever be working at the pharmacy at any given time.They are also constantly out of medicine that other pharmacies (including other area Walgreens) are not out of. Maybe because they are overworked they also don't order correctly.My favorite the other day, after my wife had surgery, was them filling 1 of her 4 scripts within an hour of receiving it, then the other 3 were filled 2 days later. When I asked if they were out of those 3 at time time they received them, the pharm tech simply said, 'no, we just didn't get to them.'no apology. no anything. and why do fill one script instead of all scripts for a patient before moving on to the next one? how inefficient is that?

In the world of walgreens, this one certainly falls short in customer service as far as the pharmacy goes. Their is one technician in particular with a pretty bad attitude, and none of them care about actually providing you guidance or care. Go literally anywhere else!

I have had disappointing experiences at this Walgreens. The pharmacy did not answer the phone during operating hours, phone just rang until it stopped and then disconnected. They also failed to notify me when my medicine was out of stock and wouldn't be ready for pickup as scheduled. Additionally, I was not informed about the unavailability of the generic brand I usually use. Communication and customer service were could definitely be improved.

I’m a parent of a child who has been prescribed medication throughout the years. I have used this location for 6 years and I have experienced some of the worst things that I could not have possibly imagined. They have shut down their pharmacy without notice TWICE and after years of being able to get medications filled on Sundays they have eliminated that service as well. They have screwed up dates for the scripts to be filled and now those dates are not able to be corrected.There are mostly good people who have worked there but I have also found some people get nasty when I try to voice my frustrations. They don’t treat their jobs with the respect it deserves and consequently the patient suffers for their lack of professionalism.I will say this much their photo department is great. That’s not going to solve any problems when my children are in need of their medications.Update 1/6/24: Jobs Well Done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Turned Around in less than a day!?!?I know I can’t always predict the bad ones but the same is true for the good ones too!I should’ve added how kind hearted those people working at the location are! Regardless, it’s easy to forget that they are doing the same struggle and hustle to make the rent, the mortgage and the school loan payments like the rest of us. They are Average Joes out there in our communities pulling strings while pushing their weight to get the job done. These are people belonging to a growing community, striving to do their part with their best efforts, giving everything possible to serve and satisfy their community…And I hope this review will make a difference….The store manager, Jason, alongside Kira and Le Anne are usually very helpful but they went beyond for my personal benefit today even though they didn’t have to and that’s amazing. Priceless ♥️Thank You

Older store, not well kept up. Tried to get information at pharmacy. I did not get help, canceled order, and went to Harris Teeter, where I did get help.

If you are looking for the review to encourage you to place an order in the photos department let this be it. First, of all I would like to send a major thank you to Jason and Nina for being so exceptional with providing 5 stars customer service and with creating my customized online graduation cavas order of a love poem graduation memorial. There was a glitch in the system and the wrong poem printed and they both quickly and happily fixed the issue for me. Making sure that I indeed received the correct canvas. There actions alone definitely brightened up my day and turned my day that going once stressful to a better one. Jason did a superb job with creating my canvas exactly how I designed it online. Truly, I am super cheerful on how he really brought this work of mine to a true masterpiece. It was so beautiful and one of the best gifts that I could have blessed my cousin with as her nursing school gift. I could have not delivered this gift to the graduate without Jason’s and Nina’s major contribution, honor, ambitions, morals and high excellence. Again, thank you so much for making my life and day much easier. As well as putting a huge smile and even bringing happy tears to the graduate.I am looking forward to booking more canvas order with you all in the future.

I really didn’t have a great print experience here. I placed an order for a large print three days before I went to pick it up. It said the order was printed and ready for pick up, which was perfect because it was a very quick detour as I was heading home from Seabrook Island. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find my print anywhere and it was no wonder because it seemed very messy and disorganized behind the photo counter. What I thought would be a 5 minute stop ended up being a 20 minute stop because I had to ask them to reprint my photo so I could get going. I went to the bathroom while my photo was being reprinted and when I came back, it had fallen face first onto the floor and was just laying there. There was a weird dot on my print that wasn’t a part of the photo, and the associate offered to reprint for me, which I was thankful for. The weird dot showed up in my next print as well, but at this point I just needed to head out. The staff was pleasant enough but the physical environment was chaotic and messy and I was frustrated that I had to ask for them to just go ahead and reprint because they kept just aimlessly looking in the same places for over 10 minutes.

Wow!! Slack staff oh and let's not foget Rude.! They have no problem placing you on hold again and again just to answer but not really answer yet place you on hold again!It truly is ridiculous for some1 to be put on hold over & over for a long period of callin ! They do not care about the costumers and that's facts ?I am changing pharmacies and will not be back, i will drive out of my way so i don't have to deal with treatment like this !!! You deserve No stars

Hey neighbors, the pharmacy is like the DMV *used* to be. The other reviews were not exaggerating. Wow, the utter apathy of the pharmacy staff is really depressing to watch. I’ve only been there a handful of times and it seems to be the work culture here.
