Everyone at the pharmacy has always been so helpful. Throughout frequent visits during my husbands Illness, they were compassionate and knowledgeable. They are in a totally different world than the understaffed large chain pharmacies.

2nd time we've drove to Kiawah Island and the ice cram shop is close when it shows online they are open. Saturday afternoon at 1 and they're closed.

What a fun place to shop and get ice cream! There is currently no food since there is no staff, but they still serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, malts, floats… the pharmacy is also very nice and helpful! The perfect one stop shop for medicine, gifts, and the “goodness” ??Pro tip: come early for the ice cream! Soda fountain opens at 11! There can be a long line for ice cream in the afternoon and they are only open til 3 during the week!Really looking forward to when they open the grill back up! ??

So many cute gifts and knickknacks, great place to get anything you forgot. I could spend two hours in here every time we come. Pricing is good too especially considering it’s a resort area.

Super fun and cute! Ordered the Brown Cow (root beer float); very yummy! Also picked up some local gifts for friends. Love the variety of items this store carried. The other ice creams looks delicious too!

Vincent's Drug Store and Soda Fountain at Freshfields Village on Johns Island is a great place for a pharmacy and soda and ice cream all in one location that is a fun and unique experience. I really like the location and atmosphere here that makes everything special. I have had a really good experience here.

Classic cheeseburger and a hot dog, can't beat this spot. Love the old school diner counter set up too. Milkshakes to finish....why wouldn't you.

I've only had their milkshakes, and the milkshakes are awesome! Their "classic" one is the best - strong coffee flavor accompanied by the smoothest vanilla ice cream. I'm usually not a huge milkshake fan but I can vouch for this one. I still can't finish a whole cup though, too sweet. I'm always down to steal sips from my boyfriend's order. The rest of the store is a clean, cute local drugstore that has all your Kiawah vacation essentials. It also has a wide selection of souveniers and small gifts. Visit if you run out of sunscreen or neosporin!
