“My favorite consignment store in Charleston! They keep their floor inventory small relative to other consignment stores in the area, but the quality of each article is off the charts. The selection is majority contemporary/classic staples, and there are many designer pieces available without ridiculous prices or "old lady" vibes. They have regular tag sales and a frequent shopper rewards program, which I love. For reference, I am 30 years old, 5'10", and size 12/14. I work in sports and the healthcare industry, and I occasionally don professional wear for meetings and events. I would consider my personal style to be coastal cowgirl meets bohemian, and I prioritize comfort and fabric quality. My only qualm is that the shoes are never in my size (10.5-11/42), but it's always slim pickings for larger shoe sizes! All things considered, I can always find something new to me here, and every piece I purchase stays in my closet permanently.”
“Wide selection of items from knick knacks to decor, clothing, jewelry, and furniture for amazing, low prices. Hardworking, kind, and helpful staff that always greets me when I visit. Overall, lovely store although Re-Tail has limited parking spots.”
“George is absolutely amazing a friendly face every time I go there. He always remembers what we talked about last when I was there and asked me updates about my life. I go to Goodwill just to see George ?”
“I am in search for old hardback books to use as decorations, so stopped in to see what I could find. Although, I did not find any books that were what I was looking for. I was amazed at how clean and organized this smaller Goodwill location was. There was some trash on the floor and one of the workers right away went to get the broom to pick it up when he saw it. They had the typical variety of items like your home goods, a few furniture, items, books, and CDs and videos, but the majority of the store was focused on the clothing. I did search through a few racks and did see some good name brands. The employees were definitely friendly and polite. I would stop by again when I am on the hunt for something, you never know what you will find.”
“This store and the people who work and shop there are so kind. I was recently in the store shopping for books for my students who lost everything in Swannanoa, NC after Helene. People worked together to find me as many kids books and games as possible for my community - and I was gifted an amazing supply to bring back to western North Carolina. Words do not express my gratitude. Every habitat restore is awesome - but this one is the best. Thank you.”
