Thrift Stores
“I accidentally donated a jacket of my husband’s. His wallet was inside. The donation worker helped me go through the bins until we found it. He was kind and helpful.”
“This is a hidden gem I came across by accident and this little thrift closet was love at first sight,, I love how it’s very organized and employees are super sweet!! Please support this local business and also you will leave with some amazing fashion for the fraction of cost!!!”
“Found this lovely consignment shop while on vacation. This shop has so many beautiful pieces! There were pieces for every price range, including some high end name brands at affordable prices. I got this beautiful Jessica Howard dress for $20 during the after Christmas sale! I love it and can’t wait to style it! And it has pockets!”
“I recently moved to this neighborhood and one day decided to peruse the shops nearby. I met the owner (I forgot her name already I’m so sorry) she was lovely and welcoming. They have a variety of branded clothes in this store + if you have the patience to comb through their sale area I definitely recommend it!”
“Wide selection of items from knick knacks to decor, clothing, jewelry, and furniture for amazing, low prices. Hardworking, kind, and helpful staff that always greets me when I visit. Overall, lovely store although Re-Tail has limited parking spots.”
“Don does a fantastic job. He is knowledgeable, eager to help, and his pricing is fair. He has been instrumental to our business getting equipment sourced as well as repaired, and I feel better knowing he’s a resource we can count on.”
“George is absolutely amazing a friendly face every time I go there. He always remembers what we talked about last when I was there and asked me updates about my life. I go to Goodwill just to see George ?”
“I am in search for old hardback books to use as decorations, so stopped in to see what I could find. Although, I did not find any books that were what I was looking for. I was amazed at how clean and organized this smaller Goodwill location was. There was some trash on the floor and one of the workers right away went to get the broom to pick it up when he saw it. They had the typical variety of items like your home goods, a few furniture, items, books, and CDs and videos, but the majority of the store was focused on the clothing. I did search through a few racks and did see some good name brands. The employees were definitely friendly and polite. I would stop by again when I am on the hunt for something, you never know what you will find.”
“This store and the people who work and shop there are so kind. I was recently in the store shopping for books for my students who lost everything in Swannanoa, NC after Helene. People worked together to find me as many kids books and games as possible for my community - and I was gifted an amazing supply to bring back to western North Carolina. Words do not express my gratitude. Every habitat restore is awesome - but this one is the best. Thank you.”
