“Whilst downtown running errands, I popped into the USPS on East Bay, with trepidation, I might add, because I thought it would be thronged with customers. I was wrong. I was attended to immediately with no wait. This Post Office has tons of Parking right outside the door and just off of East Bay Street. The place is big with lots of Personal boxes inside to pick up your mail. They have a separate area inside to deal with Passports and several customer counters for postage. The staff are efficient and friendly. The whole experience took at most ten minutes. Highly recommend this facility.”

“I love our FB post office! Amanda is wonderful but I am often shocked at how some of the Folly people talk to her, blame her for ruining Christmas when THEY sent their packages out too late, or are just plain rude to her & other employees. It’s a very small post office with 2 employees that services all of Folly with mail, packages etc…maybe show a little kindness instead of acting so entitled.”

“Wow…. Amazing inside. I think they are only open from 12:30pm to about 2:15 a few days a week….so check first. But nice postal folks here. Also, fresh-caught fish is appreciated (the office staff know what I mean).”

“I have been using this post office for months now and Rhonda is always incredibly helpful and knowledgable. There was long lines and traffic during the holidays but they always took care of everybody in line as quickly as possible! It is a very clean location with plenty of parking and a great staff.”
“Quick in and out with very pleasant postal employee. Clean, supports mask wearing and social distancing, which is fine by me. Lobby also has digital postage machine for mailing outside normal business hours.”

“While you need to be prepared to wait a long time in line, you will be well taken care of. Drew, referred to by his colleague as the guru of the post office, took excellent care of us. We came in search of a package that we feared had gotten lost in the mail and he searched high and low for it until he found it. Super grateful! While in line, we observed the staff patiently address the unique needs of each costumer. Hard working and thorough. Much respect.”
