Mainly a women's store, but they do have a limited supply of ON Cloud shoes, excellent for walking (moi!), jogging and/or hiking. While the missus was shopping, I sat on one of the two really comfy curved smaller sofas. I sat until my wife told me that they also had ON Cloud shoes for men, tucked away in the back. A helpful lady sales person helped me select an unusual color of olive drab pair. As I was putting my other shoes back on, she said their was a two tone black pair on sale ($40 cheaper), which she had in her hands! Wow. How many sales people do that? Unfortunately they were not as comfy so I bought the more expensive pair. Thanks for the great sales staff which tried to save me money.

Wonderful store! The staff is very friendly and helpful! My daughters (size XS) and I (size L) always find something there. The styles cover all age ranges...with many of the same pieces looking as good on me at age 68 as my 35 year old daughters. They will also order a size for you if it is not in stock. I appreciate the staff taking the time to pull many items for me I would never have thought about trying. They then finish the look off (if you want) with jewelry and shoes. Holly and Brooks is one of my favorite stores actually anywhere because of the personal service my family and I have received.

My mom introduced me to this cute boutique. Super cute clothes, pleasant staff. Made clothes shopping (which I dread) actually fun! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Holly and Brooks is one of my favorite stores. There is a very large selection of clothing and accessories and it is always changing. In fact, it seems like nothings sits on the sales room floor very long so if you see something you like, get it. I think most of their customers are people on vacation who are happy to spend their money and spoil themselves. The clothing selection tends to be higher end resort ware. They also have shoes and they sell On Running and Goodr sunglasses. Probably the best thing about this place are the wonderful sales people. They are really helpful and know how to put together an outfit that works for you.

Friendly & fun place to shop! When entering the store, the first thing I noticed was it had great inventory and lots of options of clothing and shoes. The second thing I noticed is the two ladies I could see working on the floor were working hard! The next thing I noticed is that even though they were busy, they were friendly with everyone…. They were hustling! Pulling shoes from the back for customers and checking inventory in the back for needed sizes. I purchased three blouses and I am a lady who normally wears extra large, so it was another advantage to me that multiple sizes are carried. next time I visit Kiawah, I will visit the store for sure.

Great store with great customer service! Holly & Brooks always has the cutest clothing and accessories. It’s perfect for an afternoon of shopping while at the beach.

Holly & Brooks is a women's boutique located in Freshfields Village I stopped in to see what they have. They have a variety of women's apparel, shoes, accessories and jewelry. However, this was truly a boutique in that most clothing items had only 2-3 of each piece in stock and most were not my size (large). Employees were helping others try on shoes and didn't acknowledge me. I would have liked to know if they had additional sizes in the back of a few pieces.

I am an owner of a house on Kiawah Island for the past 25 years. Yet I have never experienced what I did today when I walked into Holly and Brooks Shoe store to buy a pair of shoes. A customer in the store was wearing a pair of sandals that were perfect for me and she told me she liked them and they were very comfortable and she had come back to get another pair for a friend. She also said that the shop had just received a large number of these shoes and that I will have no problem getting them. The customer told the saleswoman to first get the shoe for me and then ring up her purchase. I felt that was extraordinarily generous, but I thanked her and said that I would wait my turn after the clerk rings her up. When the customer left, an older woman rushed in carrying her food bag apologizing for the delay in relieving the salesgirl. The salesgirl deferred to her as one would to an owner. The clerk started signing out to her totally ignoring me. She then after finishing her paper work turned to the owner and said that I wanted such and such shoe, The older woman asked “ what size?†and when I told her my size which is a very average size, she immediately said she did not think they had any. She then went to the back and was in an out of the back in 30 seconds and said they did not have it and went back to work at the cash register totally dismissing me. She did not ask if I needed anything else. Just said “sorry†and kept working at the till. The service in this store is extremely poor. ( The only reason i gave one star is that the site doesn't let me post with No star which is what this shop deserves) I would not recommend this store to any one coming to stay at our house or visiting Kiawah who go shopping at Fresh fields.
