While it took what seemed like forever to get my car back( yes I love my car and I was using someone else's vehicle so I was anxious) I am absolutely 100% satisfied with the repairs and my car actually drives better than it did prior to my accident. I would absolutely recommend Harbor Car Care. Samantha was a wonderful person and professional even when dealing with me calling just about every day. Alternator went out on a newer car and left me on the side of the road. They fit me in their busy schedule and got me out quickly and a fair price. It was a difficult swap, having to remove some of the ac components to access it. I would definitely return for my car needs.

To say that the Harbor Care staff is the best I’ve ever used is an understatement. They are professional, friendly and go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. I received a quote for the work that needed to be done and wound up $600 less than expected! On top of that, they were aware of a time crunch to get kids from school so they put two guys on it to get me taken care of! Incredible! Clean and comfortable, as well! Need more done, so definitely will be back!

They are amazing all around here! They got me in within 24 hours of me calling and were able to diagnose the issue within 20 minutes of me getting there. I also really appreciate how they explained the issue and made sure I was comfortable with the plan moving forward to fix it. Samantha is also amazing at making sure everything thing moves in a timely manner and walking you through the pricing. I will only bring my car here whenever there is an issue! Truly amazing. Our trip to Kiawah was about to be derailed due to a bad alternator. They were able to work a miracle by getting it replaced and getting us back on the road in less than 2 hours. I cannot thank them enough for their help. 5 stars!

I brought my car in because it wasn’t starting correctly. They called me shortly after stating i needed a new battery. I had just got a new battery a year prior. But they told me it was an old one the previous place put in. They charged me 350 for a new battery. Come to find out it was actually my starter and my battery was fine. I did not bring it back and will not go back because i do not trust them. Instead of finding out what was wrong they seem to have just thrown a battery in and called it a day. Don’t trust them.

Very helpful; we thought we had a minor issue and they determined it was a really major one instead of. They were more than fair with the price and made sure we saw the problem ourselves and understood it fully. Cannot reccomend this place enough!(I brought in a 2021 Chevy Equinox for brake pad replacement, they discovered that the transmission was busted after less than 40k miles)
