Strange times at this Goodwil. I didn't hang a pair of pants back up and they kicked me out and threatened to call the police. It was the most bizarrely surreal moment I can remember. The pants more less just fell from the hanger as I was flipping through and I laid them across the rod and kept looking. Next thing I knew I was confronted by two very angry sales associates saying if I didn't leave the store the police would be called. They wouldn't even let me purchase the 20 or more shirts I had in my hand and what is really funny is they wouldn't let me hang them back up. Oh, the irony. Obviously, these two sales persons have never run a business or they would have taken the sale before they kicked me out. I bought 20 t shirts on Amazon instead with no hassle.

You really gotta dig but you can walk out with some good stuff. This new round of staff are petty and passive aggressive towards customers. Seems toxic. Miss the old staff.

This use to be one of my favorite locations. I have stopped in 3 times in the last week. Tonight was the third strike. THE LAST THREE TRIPS either there is no one available or capable to check you out. They are all in the back laughing and carrying on. I'm so glad yall are enjoying your job but if you could squeeze in some customer service that would be great.

I went to North Charleston for specific item in mind and this place has what I need. I was looking for shoes that is in the 1920's theme and good will has it. This goodwill is well organized, clean, and the check out was fast too. Good job palmetto goodwill!

My favorite place to take and to donate older, but still viable and thus usable pants, suits, sport coats and anything else that has some value or use to another. You drive in, and then under the covered overhang you will be there where quickly someone will appear with a large canvas rolling cart. If you want a receipt for the tax man, they usually ask, but if they don't, it is your choice. This time, I did not ask for a tax donation receipt for the two pairs of pants, a suit, a sport coat and one pair of shorts. Great value also if you are wanting to be the buyer and not the donor.

As far as goodwills go, it’s about the same as any other. However they have a huge amount of clothes and not much “stuff”. If you’re looking for clothes you can stop by but otherwise you can skip.
