We were on vacation at Seabrook and one of the cars we drove down developed a water pump issue and needed replaced! We called up Fipps and they were able to get the car in and get it done with a new water pump and serpentine belt and they didn't take us to the cleaners!!! Oral was spectacular, and the hospitality there was top notch!!! The turn around time on the repair was phenomenal!!! Thank you so very much from the girls from Indiana and Ohio!!! If you need a fix...they can remedy the solution in a jiffy!!!

I went into Fipps & Sons Garage with a cracked radiator and Oral clearly explained what may have happened and gave me all my options based on my situation. When I came in the following morning as they opened, he got right to work as soon as it cooled down. Once replaced he showed me the old and the new replacement. As I was on my way from possibly the quickest radiator replacement I’ve ever heard of, Oral offered a me the best cantaloupe of his bunch that was delivered by a friend during my short wait. Thank you Fipps and Sons for your care and reliability. And thank you Oral for your compassion.

My 89 Bronco wouldn’t start while i was camping, got super lucky to have been broken down down the street from these guys. They really did help me out, got it up and running at an affordable price the very next day!! 11/10 recommend this place!

Highly recommended. Fipps & Sons saved the day. I had a slow leak while traveling down from VA. I called them first thing in the morning and they told me to come in same day and they’ll take care of me. They found the metal that caused the leak in the tire and plugged the tire within 10 minutes. As an out of towner, I would have expected to be overcharged or told I need to tires. But they were honest, efficient and charged me next to nothing… and were friendly from my first call until we left. I only wish I had Fipps & Sons in my hometown.

We were 1000 miles from home and our van was making a squealing sound. I called Fipps and they got me in the next day. We left the van first thing in the morning and it was ready by 11AM. A pulley and belt were replaced. Thrilled with the service and the price in a tough situation.

Our Jeep Grand Cherokee would not start while on vacation on Kiawah Island. Fipps was extremely responsive and repaired our car in one day as our rental was up and we had to vacate the property. They were extremely professional and did a great job replacing the fuel pump for our 600 mile ride home. Definitely would recommend!Service: Engine repair

Fipp & Sons were awesome for us. We were on vacation in Charleston and our car died at 7 o’ o’clock at night. I had it towed to them on a recommendation from the police officer. The next morning I called and said this was our last day of vacation. We are supposed to leave tomorrow and have no way back home. They said they would do everything possible to get us back on the road. They got the necessary part from Jeep. And got us on the road later that afternoon. They literally saved the day because rental cars are terribly expensive and the Jeep dealers wouldnt even look at my car for a few days. They could have charged me anything they wanted but it was a more than fair price and I am so lucky they worked on my car. Highly recommend them. They are honest, and good people.Service: General repairs & maintenance
