Dollar General offers good shopping experiences with an organized and well-stocked store where customers can find what they need in no time. However, a regular common problem at the location on 1752 River Road is that they are never open during lunch breaks, when the entire store closes. This is inconvenient for customers, especially those who live nearby, forcing them to go to another location. The store loses out on a lot of money by the minute, with multiple customers leaving when they find it closed. There is just a sign, and no one answers the phone. The owners have not responded to any previous comments about this issue.
I would write a concise review but as the owners/ franchise has not responded to any previous comments I won't bother. Obviously they're not concerned about what the customers think.

It’s been a while since I lasted visited but came to buy a few necessities here and WOW! Everything looks organized and well stocked! I was able to find what I needed in no time. ?

Hours are all over the place! Arrive at 8 and not an employee in site. I came a few weeks ago around 430 and the employee was telling people to leave because she was closing early- they are open until 9! Great location, terrible management.
