Very expensive here compare to other salon, but quality sucks. I had gel, all peeling from the back of my nail in just one week. Totally not worth it.

My mom and I went in today to get our nails done and my 4 month old daughter went along with us. Ms. Jackie and Mr. Richard went above and beyond in assisting us. They were so friendly and engaged with my daughter so well. They did a great job on all of the services we received. They were beyond patient with us when my sweet girl got fussy when needing to eat and when she was sleepy. They were so accommodating as we were getting our nails done with my little one in our laps. I cannot say enough good things about the kindness they showed us. I would highly recommend them for all of your nail care needs. I look forward to returning to this salon when I am back visiting my parents.Services: Dip powder

If you can get the owners, this place is fabulous! The lady I had was very kind but just awful at dip mani. $50 and zero cuticle care, cleaning, etc. uneven, not covering the edges, $50 and this won't last a few days. I know it's hard to find help right now and she was lovely, but really? I'd go here again only if the owners can provide service. I didn't complain because this sweet lady was so kind and I hate to be rude but she shouldn't do dip until she's trained.

I had a wonderful experience with the VERY friendly staff at Diamond Nails! I have never been here but decided to try a new place that is closer tomy new home as I moved from one area in Charleston to another! Great job on my nails and eyebrows- and very friendly! You're getting what you're paying for here. I probably wouldn't be writing this if it weren't for the fact that it was so many tiny details that made it a lackluster experience. I was really hoping for a better experience than I had. In my past experience the no frills places always did a great job and were always worth while to go to. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I felt very rushed when I walked in, they greeted me, I responded and they just stared as if I knew what they were thinking. I had never been there before and the guy who greeted me was working on someone. I felt rushed to pick a color, even though they weren't busy. The gel colors weren't in any order which really isn't a big deal, but I wanted to compare different shades of a similar color which didn't help the rushed feeling. It also normally wouldn't bother me but their uv light for the gel nails was held together with tape, and the censor didn't always pick up when my hand was inside, had to readjust a few times. Once I left and looked at the manicure outside I saw that they didn't paint to the left edge of almost any of my nails, my boyfriend could see the gap in the pictures I sent him. There was polish left on one of my pinky fingers. Again, I wouldn't be writing this if it was just one or two of these details, but since the list added up I decided to. I don't think it was the worst job in the world, it was just definitely a $30 gel nail manicure. If you want something quick and reasonably priced, go for it.Services: Manicure

Great experience! Staff was so friendly! The gentleman that did my nails took extra time and effort to make sure I got what I wanted and I did not feel rushed at all. Good conversation and my new favorite mail spot! Thanks!!! A+++
