Terrible client service. I went through the drive thru at 6:45 pm and they refused to fill a prescription even though they could plainly see my husband had just been through surgery. He needed it that night.

Clean, well organized and stocked store. All a staff are exceptional. Never have had a less than great experience in the 6 years since moving to Johns Is.

I went inside because I had to update my insurance information with them and the insurance has been a bit wonky so far. The chubby lady with curly brown hair was semi nice at figuring information after I explained my daughter's new insurance worked three days ago.
I asked to check if they wanted me to wear a mask/had one as the doctor's office had me put one on at time of check-in and stated I didn't want to pass anything to anyone. Her response was, "Why did she come in, then?" and whatever else I couldn't hear her mumble instead of telling me at the time of conversation that the insurance could be handled through drive through. Disrespectful and rude.
I gave it a shot after my daughter's prescription was sent there instead of the other pharmacy I use. I remember why, now, I stopped using this CVS after this encounter. Monday's encounter was wonderful. Some of their pharmacy staff have terrible attitudes thinking we know everything they do and how their system works. Last time I tried to do insurance information through the drive through, I was told to come inside so I followed what I knew. ? I finished my transaction in the drive through to avoid trying to pass this.

Nobody works here anymore. They don't even answer the phones. I've got medicine up there and can't even get in touch with a person to transfer it to another pharmacy. And YES I have an online account and app and I can't do it there either.

I have to brag on the pharmacist here! I can’t express how kind, patient, caring, friendly, unbothered the pharmacist was (I want say her name is Ashley Stone)! I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a pharmacy; let alone when they’re extremely busy. Thanks to her, we got our vaccines that we needed in order to go out of the country. And they were ready in less than 24 hours. She was a doll!!

Store is a mess! No shopping carts or baskets, rest rooms are closed, inventory stacked up in the aisles, no bags at checkout, 2 employees just standing around doing nothing. I will never be back!
