Prices on alterations are inconsistent. When I told the owners what they had charged me for years which was $12.99 she argued with me telling me I was wrong. I took three dresses in the other day that I paid $13.99 ea. for and I just needed basic stuff done to them they told me it would cost $89.00. I asked if they had gone up on their prices and was told “no”. I would never pay that much for alterations and I had used them for several years prior. The lady (owner) was insisting that I was wrong. I’m disappointed because now they have priced themselves like the other alteration shops around but their quality of work is very minimal. Also if they had been a little nicer since I had been using them for years, I probably wouldn’t have written this review.

Avoid this place!Please do not give this disrespectful people your business!They gave me back my pants which they were wet and both of the owners were fighting if they were wet or not!Also they were not clean and the male owner states “ that is your steam not mine” see the picture!I went home and spent my own time cleaning the spots and they came out!Please please avoid this place!Not the first time that I had a problem in this place.

The best way to judged a business is how they treat their customers. I dropped off a new pottery barn comforter for them to wash. This was not my first time dropping off a comforter. I dropped the comforter off with a few stains and no smell. My sister got me this comforter for my birthday 2 months back. My pup tends to run over it, so some stains.Came back, and it smelled like a shoe and mildewy because they didn't dry it out. I took it home and couldn't even sleep with it because it was so bad. The manager told me it was because it wasn't dried out. They attempted to wash it three more times. I came back two times to get the smell out. The smell was still there. The lady up front was vulgar about it. When I returned barely could understand her accent, somewhat blamed me for my comforter when they told me it was their fault the first time and I knew it was on them because it wasn't a old comforter.Offered no refund. They just told me there was nothing they could do. I do plan to follow up and review every site to let people know. Note: this is not my first time using them. I have been going for over a year to wash comforters. My favorite location closed in West Ashley, so I had to come here. This is not the first time I questioned the quality of my wash, but it's the first time it was noticeable. All my comforters before smelled good--worst service. NEVER GOING BACK!

Honestly I've gone twice in one week and everything has gone great. They are open later than the other cleaners which is perfect for someone who doesn't get home at 5pm and their turn around time is amazing. Their prices are also the cheapest in the island, Now I've read the reviews from 4-8 years ago and I will take them into consideration but today, they are getting a 5 star review from me. I have another order I have to pick up from them in the morning.

When you charge $18 per dress and 5 out of 6 pieces still have all the stains, make me druve half an hour to a different location and then accuse me that those are my stains and refuse refund or any form of customer service - I take full responsibility for choosing the wrong place to do business with.

DO NOT USE!!! just like the review about a month ago, they also burned my daughters wedding dress steaming it. Picked up an hour before the rehearsal as they requested I did not even think about checking the dress as it was just steamed to get a few wrinkles out of the train. We took the dress out right before the wedding and it had brown burn marks in several places on the dress. I took pictures immediately and went to see the manager the next business day. completely denied that they did it. Said they have been in business since 1985 and never once burned anything. EXTREMELY upset that no ownership was ever taken for their (HUGE) mistake and they argued & yelled at me.

This Cleaners are unprofessional and they burned my dress sleeves. Also they messed up three suits by the dirty pressers and when I took them back for him to fix he blamed me for all three suits. Then his wife or whoever told him to stop talking to me for a mistake they made. I recommend you not use their cleaners. I understand they're going to be mistakes but not owning up to them is another story. Do not use.
