This past Thursday, I stopped in at Fins to run my car through the wash, and I forgot to remove a magnet from the back of my car before heading into the cycle. I realized it was missing at the vacuum station, so I asked about it. Both gentlemen running the business that day were very helpful. They didn't reprimand me for not removing. They both tried to locate it. The one very kind gentleman offered me another similar magnet that had been lost, and eventually located mine, AND tracked me down as I was leaving to return it . I had some difficulty syncing up my online subscription to the one in store and Damon and the team were able work through it with me.There's always clean towels and spray and never not had space for the cleaning stalls.
