“Truly amazing. Our trip to Kiawah was about to be derailed due to a bad alternator. They were able to work a miracle by getting it replaced and getting us back on the road in less than 2 hours. I cannot thank them enough for their help. 5 stars!”

“I went here to purchase a driver side bulb. Matt said,”it was easy to make the switch (on my brand of car .”) So I tried unsuccessfully. Lost the bulb. So I returned to NAPA. I told Matt, “it wasn’t easy at all!” So Matt basically installed the new bulb for me. This was so kind of him. It was a week day and they were busy. I just want to thank him, so I wrote this review about Matt at NAPA on Johns Island.”
“My car broke down very close to this store and an amazing associate named Chris, went way out of his way to help me and my family. We were driving from Orlando FL to Charlotte NC, to install my daughter at an internship. There are no words to express the gratitude I have for Chris and his big help. Barney took care of an intense dent on the side of my van that I was told (by - corporate detail shop) would have to have windows removed, both side panels, taken out, etc.… Barney never did any of that. He had it completed in three days, and took incredible care of my van. It looks soooo good. He’s a true craftsman.Services: Painting”
