“I brought my car in to have some new tires installed on some new aftermarket wheels and they did a fantastic job without leaving a single mark or scuff on my wheels. I was a little nervous having tires put on my new wheels but the people at Harbor Car Care were very nice and assured me that they had the best people to get the job done. They did a great job and I will be bringing my cars here from now on!”

I told Matt, “it wasn’t easy at all!” So Matt basically installed the new bulb for me. This was so kind of him. It was a week day and they were busy. I just want to thank him, so I wrote this review about Matt at NAPA on Johns Island.”
