I was going out of town for business, and John's Auto Clinic was able to fix my car before I got home. My car works great. John's business is efficient, customer-centric, and reliable. I highly recommend him if looking for a spot in Charleston.

Do not go here, they were supposed to replace my alternator and $525 nothing fixed and my car breaks down as I'm on Maybank highway in traffic. Ripped off, scum bags

just moved from out of state during the pandemic, I thought finding someone to replace a flat tire was going to be hard to do. John answered the phone, I sent him a picture of my flat tire and he a a new one for me the next morning. He was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend. thanks John!

Made a call after hours on a Sunday to see if they would be able to replace my Jeep's spark pugs. I received a call back that evening and was told to drop the jeep off in the morning. I picked the Jeep back up before 5 pm same day ready to go and for a reasonable price. I recommend them!

I am offering 1 star only because 0 is not an option. I took my truck in for a tire rotation. Johns auto broke the TPMS sensor and did not replace or tell me they broke it during the rotation. Upon receiving the car the light was flashing. I called them about the problem the next day and they refused to pay to replace it. This ended up costing me $325 at the dealership the next day to have the sensor replaced. I will not return to this place.

My family was vacationing here when one of the brake calipers of our Jeep started sticking. Being a tourist, I was worried about a mechanic taking advantage of our situation. I was pleasantly surprised when John was able to replace the brake caliper in a timely manner and at a very fair price. John was very friendly, professional, and kept a clean shop. I highly recommend John's Auto Clinic to anybody needing auto repair services, particularly out of town visitors needing unexpected auto repairs.
